The owners (also caretakers) of this gem of a boutique hotel made our trip to Chiang Mai an unforgettable experience. I'd especially like to mention Mai (the owner is her uncle Oat) who made our stay almost like a homestay. They are some of the nicest people that we have ever met :-) Mai helped us with reserving our spot for some really interesting tours (including to Chiang Rai), even at the last moment! Once she even waited with us in the scorching heat for the tour operators to show up, so that we would not face any problems! Some times we ordered in Thai food through Grab. Mai even helped us with identifying the appropriate dishes (the menus were often in Thai). She also cooked some special dishes for our breakfasts, including the famous mango sticky rice :-) The Thai omelette is a must-try :-) I could really go on and on about how awesome our stay was!! Note: this area has lots of ruins of very old temples, and some functional temples. We took bike rides to soak in all that this wonderful and historical area has to offer. Finally, I would like to thank Mai for the delicious coconut ice creams! :-) We will definitely be back here next time we visit Chiang Mai!

Best place we've stayed in Thailand in 2 weeks. What a lovely, family-run hotel. They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable- from included airport pickup and drop-off, one free trip into town during the daytime when you arrange it, TWO PILLOWS per person (yay!), unlimited water refills from the lobby, as well as some snacks if you need, on-site restaurant (great food too), pool, very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The coffee machine in the room makes wonderful coffee and we appreciated the water bottles, as we refilled them when empty. We really felt looked after here, and there was always someone around when we needed something. It was nice to be outside of town for the peace and quiet, and return Grab taxis were cheap.

This villa exceeded all expectations! The location offered stunning views and perfect privacy while still being conveniently located near local attractions. The space itself was immaculately clean, beautifully designed with both style and comfort in mind. All amenities were exactly as described and worked perfectly. The infinity pool was the highlight - perfect temperature and spectacular views. Check-in was seamless thanks to the host's clear communication. They were responsive throughout our stay but never intrusive. Their local recommendations led us to some hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. Special touches like the welcome basket and thoughtful design details made this place truly memorable. Overall, an exceptional experience I can't wait to repeat! Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, comfort and tranquility.

Peaceful, quiet, and luxurious. We stayed a total of four nights with at Wisit and Finn's guest house. The property is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the included breakfast each morning cooked by Finn. She is a master chef and puts care and love into each meal. There's also a lunch and dinner menu and we enjoyed a couple dinners, the dishes were better than any restaurant we ate at the whole trip. It was the perfect jumping off point for our adventures in the Chiang Mai area, including; National Parks, an elephant sanctuary and visiting temples. Wisit and Finn are super friendly and passionate about hosting. We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to returning in the future.

    We really were impressed with how spacious and clean the room was. We booked a three bedroom place as we had a lot of luggage and a dog. It was a pet friendly place and you just had to pay a 1000 baht deposit for the pet (which you get back when you leave) and there’s also a small pet fee. The owner was very nice and helpful.

    Location is pretty convenient. Close to Sunday Market, 7eleven just outside, bicycle rental within 500 meters. Zoe in the yellow wasn't far either, 3 blocks away. I love that they are pet friendly. I liked that they have a water dispenser and encourage less plastic waste.
