John, Veronique and Lizzy were so helpful and kind. the bungalows are right on the beach and it’s a beautiful property. The gardening is lovely and very welcoming. the food was very good and reasonably priced.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings! A rustic small resort that has stunning sea views and basic bungalows. Perfect for budget tavellers. Tom and his family were very hospitable. We fell in love with this place.

Staying with Morrisen and his family was the highlight of our two weeks in Vanuatu. The accommodations are simple but clean. Flush toilet, solar lights and charging station. Morrisen can arrange pickup and tours around the island so be sure to message him in advance. His wife, Susie cooks incredible breakfast. Be sure to try her banana pancakes. This is the real authentic Vanuatu island life. I am very grateful for this experience.

Mike sam and family were extremely welcoming in their home, and you could tell they put genuine effort into making our stay comfortable and memorable. The tree house is awesome with a great view, the functional toilet is a luxury. Would happily stay for much longer in this beautiful part of Tanna.     Alofa, as its name suggests, is located on the beach and is near local villages. The accommodation is basic, but has its own special charm. Our local hosts, Glen and his sister, were very kind and helpful. While the menu options were limited, Glen's fried chicken and chips were quite decent. We really enjoyed swimming at the local beach where the locals swim. More luxurious resorts offer more comfort, but we felt we experienced the real Tanna staying at Alofa.

    The price and location. Right on beach and easy 15 minutes to town.(Lenakel) Good size bungalows, nice beach out the front.

    The location is very beautiful! Just sitting behind a beautiful beach where you will find no other tourists! Just other friendly locals! 😊 Food was fairly cheap and very good. The owners are super nice and will help you out as best as they can!

    The people are friendly. Food from the kitchen quite delicious but only limited choice. The beach is at the front. The location is remote but one can still go to the town by bus or taxi. The cats are cute.

    The host were friendly accommodating and helpful, and fulfilled most of our needs. The price was very reasonable, and the location of our room was exceptional with sea view. Value for the money. There is also a private reef where we enjoyed snorkling.
