Everything. This place was impeccable and well beyond expectations. I loved the pillows, mattress, soaking tub, pool, activities and gatherings planned by the hotel as well as transportation to beaches. Breakfasts were delicious with a lot of options. Concierge gave thoughtful recommendations and the manager was amazing. The front desk staff in fact everyone, driver, waiters everyone was wonderful.

The owner is very hands-on. He usually walks around checking things and guests. He asks guests about the hotel and if we have any complaints. The rooftop pool is great to chill with a very nice view of the mountain and the beach. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They also have a shuttle going to Karon Beach, though the beach is about 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Absolutely great place! The staff is super nice, the food is EXCELLENT (we had diner, breakfast and lunch!). The room is very very large and clean. The bed is amazing. We stayed only one night but it was a very smooth and nice stay. The mango sticky rice was to die for.

Idyllic Island of International Fame

Thailand’s largest island, Phuket has a mountainous landscape leading down to lush, green palms, warm, turquoise seas and soft, golden sands. Patong is its most developed resort and is well known for outrageous nightlife. There are lots of clubs, bars and restaurants in the main town and it also has a fantastic beach lined with hotels and resorts.

To the south is Karon, home to the 2nd largest beach and offshore coral reefs that are good for snorkelling. Quieter Kamala also has coral reefs and good surfing conditions, as do the curved beaches at Kata.

The island’s airport is in the north and there are lots of Phuket hotels near the airport in Mai Khao and Nai Yang, where sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. In Bangtao to the south there is a great range of Phuket hotels with private pools on Booking.com, while around the corner in exclusive Surin there are often typical Thai long boats bobbing up and down in the rolling waves.

On the other side of the island Chalong has an impressive Buddhist temple and is a popular spot for kitesurfing. Neighbouring Panwa has shallow water coral and the Phuket Aquarium to explore. The Phi Phi islands are off Phuket’s eastern shores and their idyllic scenery makes wonderful day trips.

I came to this seaside resort hotel for a vacation and was absolutely amazed by how well-organized and kind the staff were — so warm, helpful, and caring. Let me share a few examples. I arrived at 10:00 in the morning, and they gave me my room right away at 10:30, without making me wait until the official check-in time. When I was leaving, my flight was quite late, and I simply asked if I could stay in the room until 5:00 p.m. They kindly agreed — no problem, no extra charge. The housekeeping staff came twice a day to clean the room and refresh everything. I had bought some plants in Thailand and asked them if they could give me some newspaper to wrap them for travel. They immediately responded — one of the staff members even took photos of my plants, went away, and came back with the right amount of special flower wrapping paper, tape, and scissors. She was even ready to help me pack them herself. The food was wonderful, the beach was very clean and well-kept, and the greenery was just breathtaking. The golf carts were available at any moment, taking guests around the hotel countless times a day. There was also free water and land transportation around the area, running every 20 minutes. I’m so satisfied and impressed that I will definitely come back to this hotel next time. I also booked a tour to the Phi Phi Islands through the hotel — it was safe, well-organized, and full of great experiences. In short, every little detail was thought through to make the guest’s stay both convenient and enjoyable.

Very dirty beach and water. Got harassed constantly by sellers and homeless people, these people really do not understand no. They follow you around and wont stop until you either run away or buy something. Very misogynistic people everywhere, they do not like woman there at all.

What I would like to comment on is how Booking.com has disappointed and disgusted me . I booked a oneway flight from Phuket to my home Melbourne. There were two direct flight options -Qantas , and Jetstar. Jetstar is known for being totally "cattle-class" , so even though the Qantas ticket was twice the price I booked it for comfort $909AUD as opposed to the Jetstar price of around $400AUD. When I arrived at Phuket airport checkin I was told that Qantas doesn't fly out of Phuket !!!wtf! There was only the Jetstar flight and I was listed on it . As expected , the seats were terrible . I stood up to avoid the back pain. I arrived really tired and angry . I could have saved nearly $500 , and booking.com refuses to do anything about it even I booked the ticket through them . They owe me a full refund for the price difference . I feel that they behaved fraudulently . The ticketing should have explained that there was no advantage in booking Qantas because there was no actual Qantas flight . I am left with a very bad opinion of Booking.com ....I will not use them again

Karon Beach is very calm and busy at the same time because...

Karon Beach is very calm and busy at the same time because you can find everything you need and more thereof from nice restaurants by the beach with beautiful sunset to shopping streets. 7-elevens are always within walking distance from wherever you stay. The sun-chairs on the beach are great value, and they are mostly run by family-style people that serve bottled drinks. You can always walk to a nearby restaurant and bring food to the beach. Very clean and there are not so many people in July. I was here for the first time in 1995 and back then it was more like a small village, but it still has a calm and nice touch of relaxation.

Omg Phuket , it’s so nice .

Omg Phuket , it’s so nice . It’s an out of body experience, you don’t know what each day has in store for you . Do bear in mind that it is very humid, the minute you step outside you are burning but what an experience. It is so safe , people are friendly, I’m going back soon

Very nice beach.

Very nice beach. Have sunbeds options and towel area; good vibes, good restaurant and smoothies options; the water is good for children. Some entertaining on the beach options. Fantasea and Carnival - 1 km walk. Good nightmarket in the area.

It was good for a short stay.

It was good for a short stay. The room didn't have a good view but I loved the bath tub. Restaurants were pricey around the area and I doubt I would stay there again because the area is expensive. It was lovely though.

The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but they’re comfortable, and the bed provides a good night’s sleep. The location in Naiyang truly couldn’t be better—it’s absolutely perfect. Step straight out onto the beach, where the Sea Almond restaurant is just a one-minute walk along the sand for beachfront dining. Head out to the street and you’ll find a 7-Eleven directly opposite, adding to the convenience. You’re right in the heart of this beautiful, laid-back hidden gem.

Nice chilled out centre for food and shopping with family. Beach not great (mainly fishing boats) but Nai Harn is lovely just a short taxi away. Ya Nui beach is far too rocky for our liking and is quite dangerous out of season due to strong waves and rocks in combination. Really nice restaurants with aircon and good food choices for the kids were Vida Nova and Be Cafe in particular. We used the grab app a lot to get food delivered to Villa and get taxis to beaches. We ate at HaHaHa restaurant on evening at Nai Harn beach and both children got sick. One has Gastroenteritis after 3 days I have taken her to Rawai Clinic where she is getting IV drip, blood tests, antibiotics etc. it is really clean and professional but the costs are +10.000 Baht. We have now hired a car at 800 Baht per day and have travelled to Kata and Karon beach so far. Wish we had booked to stay in Karon for a few days.

A gorgeous beach..very shallow and quite rocky at times but...

A gorgeous beach..very shallow and quite rocky at times but lovely to dip in to cool off whilst lounging under the beautiful shade of one of the hotel trees nearby. You can walk the beach to the nearest 711 for supplies, maybe a lovely 10 minute walk.

the beach is stunning.

the beach is stunning. I travelled around a lot of the islands and it was one of the nicest beaches I found. It was so quiet apart from the area on the beach by the airport . The low flying aeroplanes were amazing to see
