Wonderful hotel with great restaurants and swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again when in Köln

The staff were very welcoming and kind. They had free rooms and gave us a room before the check-in time. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great - there was a train station nearby and the cathedral was just a 20 min walk away.

Room and accessories are very clean ,staff are nice and helpful.Hotel is located in a quiet area with metro connection to city and other places .

Great staff, cozy bed, clean facilities

As always amazing stay at Leonardo

The aparment is very nice and comfy, it has all the neccessary amenities for a pleasant stay. It is located near the main station that may be reached by foot, or by tram or bus. The owners respond very quick to any need you may have, at any hour. I would definitiely choose this apartment for my next stay in Essen. p.s. the coffee was a nice touch!

Location is very good, breakfast is fresh and delicious guys are helpful and perfect. Thank you for your service.

The property was very clean, easy check-in and check-out. They offered a free drink(non-alcoholic) per person on stay, which felt nice and refreshing.

Super clean, loves the second floor with the chill bar with drinks. Rooms were a bit small than expected but modern and chic. Staff was friendly and I adored that the train station is less than 5 minutes walking. We were able to go to the airport right away.

Clean, comfortable stay, easy to access

All Ruby's are great and very comfortable, I enjoy staying in this chain of hotels

Excellent breakfast with a vast array of continental and cooked options.

Everything is clean! I love it !!! Will definitely be coming back!!! 🫶🏼

Great location and friendly stuff, the room is also nice

Room with an amazing view, breakfast was outstanding, super comfortable beds and a very clean hotel! Would come back for sure!

The location was perfect and team members were very helpful

The hotel staffs were really nice and welcoming!

The breakfast was exceptional, and the morning staff were kind, multilingual, and bright. I appreciated the spa facilities and the gym along with the convenient location and proximity to the cathedral and the best Italian pizza and pasta in town: Pino's Pizza Little Italy.

Fab location Nice deco Clean

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and quality. The location was convenient, and the whole experience felt well organized. We would definitely stay here again

Cozy rooms with everything you would expect. Coffee maker, goodies included in the fridge with soft drinks, bottled water. Fluffy cotton bathrobes. Nice restaurant with a variety of dishes on the menu. They have a good chef as the food was very tasty. The location is a bit away from the city center however, just a few minutes wait for Uber drivers.

It is a top hotel for staying on a trip in Koln ! The personnel is very helpful, the breakfast is exceptional, the tram station is only 4 minutes walking from the hotel and finally the view in front of the hotel on a lake with ducks and geese is so nice and peaceful !

One of the most amazing hotels I’ve been to. I’ll definitely look for them in other cities 😄 very cool rooms and layouts, quirky features, comfortable, good temperatures, quiet (even though it’s central), the lobby looks very intriguing. I just wish I spent more than 1 night there to enjoy all the facilities. We had free water and local beers in the mini bar as well.

The stuff was helpful, location was great
