She encouraged us to drive the Forgotten World Hwy and we are so glad we did! Regan House is one of our top experiences at a B n B’s! Our breakfast was outstanding 5 ⭐️! Highly recommend to stay here if you are in the area!

The lodge offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, a hairdryer and shower. A fridge and toaster are also offered, as well as a kettle. Really beautiful room with fabulous view of Mount Taranaki. Had seats outside the room on the patio separated from next door with a trellis and shrubs. There was a wonderful jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Breakfast was lovely too, homemade muesli, yoghurt, fruit, bread, crumpets and English muffins. Great location, very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive to the National Park and great walks. Trish was great too, very friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for money. Would definitely recommend. There were facilities for massages etc, which we didn’t try.

The State Hotel is a 15 room boutique hotel and only a 5-minute walk to the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway. Beautiful hotel centrally located in the heart of New Plymouth, close to CBD, beach and Pukekura Park. I loved the boutique style of the hotel, nice interior with great art, comfortable guest lounge, as well as a beautiful room. Got a lot of information and had nice chats with owner and manager Luke. Free parking is a plus, great restaurant downstairs if you wish to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Will definitely stay there again when I have a chance!

Very clean and quiet apartment. Comfortable beds and nice showers with good pressure and temperature. Laundry facilities were clean, but would be nice to have a change machine. Overall, nice place and highly recommend.
