The staff is phenomenal kind patient and caring. Special mention to Crystal at reception for her kindness, to Shirley Brid and Ella in food and beverage, and huge thank you to manager Cian, who personally escorted me to the tricky bus stop, and cared about every single detail of my first night in Ireland. Food is lovely and fresh in the restaurant, room is quiet and right on the garden, great beds.

The staff were gracious, helpful, and knowledgaeble. I was welcomed on my day of arrival by Toby at the front desk. Antonio was especially friendly and observant regarding the needs and comfort of my friend and myself. I loved the Excetive Suite, particularly the beautiful view of the River and the city! I would have liked to spend more days there, but we were on our way to a group traveling to a meeting in Cork. Thank you for a beautiful stay. I hope to return some time in the future.

This was one of the nicer places we stayed. Very comfortable.

The Castle Oaks Hotel sits on the banks of the River Shannon, just a 5-minute drive from Limerick Castletroy, Limerick Plassey Technology Park,Johnson & Johnson Vision care and Limerick University.

A fantastic hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially the fabulous sisters Josephine and Maggie who made our stay even more special. Lovely evening meal and a huge buffet breakfast. We stayed in the Shannon Suite which was huge with views across the grounds and a massive, comfortable bed. The swimming pool is in the leisure centre at the end of the driveway and we really appreciated free use of the facilities.

I enjoy the Reading Rooms. My husband was not feeling well and it was very nice to go down and ready my books looking out into garden while he took long naps.
