Sleeping in the desert is a truly amazing experience. We stayed in a bubble tent and loved it. The desert safari was truly the highlight. They had such a nice spread for dinner and breakfast but we felt bad for not eating it all as it was so much food. I would recommend. When my mom and I went, there was very few people at the camp. So we felt a little nervous. The food didn’t make us sick but our stomachs were a little unsettled after. The pool is not heated and in November it was cold. However, when it’s so hot out you truly appreciate the cooling effect.

From the moment we arrived at the camp in Wadi Rum, we felt more like family than guests. The team welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness that it immediately felt like home under the stars. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and cared for — not just as customers, but as people. Their hospitality was exceptional — kind, patient, and incredibly flexible with all our needs and requests. Whether it was helping us plan activities, adjusting our meals, or simply sitting with us to share stories over tea, nothing ever felt like too much to ask. They made everything flow so naturally, and always with a smile. In a place already rich with natural beauty, it’s the people who made this trip truly magical. Thank you for reminding us what true Bedouin generosity and heart feel like. We left with memories we’ll never forget — and friendships we hope will last forever. Highly recommended, from the bottom of my heart. Special thanks goes to Yousef the guy who took us for the stargazing experience we booked, truly magical!

The tent felt like a charming little escape—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. One of my favorite spots was the swimming pool. After a long day of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and cool off. Breakfast was lovely—a great start to the day with fresh, simple, and delicious options. But dinner…oh, dinner was the real showstopper! They served zarb, a traditional Jordanian dish cooked underground, and wow—it was a feast. The flavors were rich and unforgettable, and the staff took the time to explain the whole cooking process, which made it even more special. Dining under the stars with that amazing zarb? Pure magic.

Palmera is a hidden gem. I booked it for one night because the other places with bubbles were sold out. This turned out to be way better. If you want real glamping, a swimming pool surrounded by the desert and rocks, beautiful subset, you have to check it out. The campsite is beautiful and I think whoever built it is a genius and has extraordinary taste. Food is great

The swimming pool is the only thing that is actually true about the camp and the dinner “Zarb” was good.

Fantastic location and very nice friendly and helpful staff and owner. The swimming pool in the middle of the desert is really great and no other camps have one in Wadi Rum. Breakfast and dinner were buffets and very nice with enough vegetarian choice for me.
