Cleanness. Friendly staff. They have shuttle for some places.

Everything thing was great. Plan on staying there again next year.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb. 2024 on the 6th floor. 1. Satisfying facility. Refrigerator, dishes, sink, microwave, toaster and glasses plus a TV which we did not even turn on. Washing machine and dryer in the parking lot but you have to use your own washing powder. 2. Poor room service. Actually the whole rooms are for rent but nobody can be seen except the guard. Just once water and toilet paper hung on the door handle. 3. We arrived very late at night but the guard was ready for admission. Actually a 24 hour reception! 4. Large closet and a table and two chairs. Also a balcony with the clothes hanger. 5. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable. 6. Large room. Enough space available for a couple.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything is super clean and good. They even upgraded us since we checked in late. Beautiful views from the room, incredible breakfast with good variety of food. Would stay again!

Great location. Near restaurants and public transport. Big size rooms, comfortable bed and also sofa. Nice functional kitchen. The knife for cutting was dull, but we easily sharpened it using the underside of the ceramic plates. Staff was very friednly and helpful. Cloth washing was easily done on the second floor, and their machines had a nice quick wash option which took only 30 minutes. (you really don't need to use the long wash program unless you are in construction work anyways) Good space for parking our rental car. Nice view from the windows. The pool had a good size and I enjoyed. The room also had an iron and ironing table.

Very helpful staff. Location with short cut to BTS really makes a difference. The room feels very nice, great interior and overall architecture of the buildings are cute and very “rich modern Asian citizen”. Neigjbourhood is a bit boring, but walking to Ari gives a different atmosphere. I’m happy with this apartment so far. Good sauna. Good pool (but no guard, no staff working at the gym - sauna - pool area, there should be at least one…

Everything! The room was very clean, modern, luxurious and we had a great view of the city and pool. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and the hotel was peaceful considering we were in BKK. We’ll definitely be back. Oh and the staff were very professional and friendly

The overall check-in is good, all the staff were super helpful. The hostel is convenience for solo traveler. Recommended for solo trip!

The place is perfect for someone who would like a nice sleep after busy days. Good hot water shower and air conditioning in the room and hotel.facilities. The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Good internet. Breakfast is awesome with a wide variety of options. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. Buses stops are close. Staff ready to get you a taxi if needed. Storing the luggage for us was really kind and helpful. We tried the fitness room, swimming pool, sauna and it was ok. We also had a nice massage in the health center at a good price. Having a laundry room that we could use (paid) was a plus.

This place was amazing. It felt like luxury. The gym was fully equipped had all the equipment that we would love to use on a regular basis. The pool was lovely. The location was amazing very close to shopping malls. at least two shopping malls. Big ones are within walking distance. I did not have any breakfast there so I can’t comment on that.

I loved EVERYTHING about this boutique hotel. The service was wonderful, especially my personal butler Gawn always recommended the best places to go and then gave me a daily itinerary. I also met the Gm, Mr. Reza, who was gracious and helpful. I loved the complementary river boat as well. The decor and antique items of the Owner’s extensive collection was such a sight to behold. As I journeyed through the music room, the library/ film room and the gym I relished the historic paraphernalia of early 20th century Thailand. My bed was comfy and I loved my spacious room. Even the lemongrass scented shower gel was wonderful. I had a late flight and they kindly ensured that I had a place to shower (the gym) and refresh before heading out to my airport. 10 out of 10. It’s definitely one of the few luxury hotels that is worth its price tag. I will be back.

Clean and sleeping in the 12th floor was nice and calm

The staff, they are eager to help.clean and comfortable rooms.The location of the hotel is near the center of bangkok, and they have a free tuktuk ride to the train station.

The hotel is very clean and has a good location. I did go to the gym few times, which is nice and has an AC and some basic equipment to workout. I like how dorm room is organized
