The location and gardens far exceeded our expectations. We had the largest cottage which has a bedroom and a front room. The best and most relaxing place we have been to in our 2 months of travel in SEA. Right on the river with a restaurant right on the rivers edge, with seating down by the river to drink a cold beer and enjoy the view. Highly recommend it if you're in to relaxation and beauty. Also a very very large pool.

Beautiful oasis in the mountains! If you're planning a day trip from Chaing Mai for elephants, kayaking, rafting, or tubing I would highly recommend considering a few days to do it all while enjoying a peaceful stay in the middle of nature. There's a waterfall a few minutes walk from the property with several naturally swirling pools. At night be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waterfall and rushing river below. Elephant sanctuaries are plentiful and walkable, as well as many roadside restaurants. Host also provides plenty of river activities, and a simple but delicious breakfast.

I loved my stay at Veni Vana Valley Homestay. It's a beautiful and peaceful oasis an hour north of Chaing Mai on the was to Pai. The rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast was really good too! The owner Ohm has poured her heart into making this little retreat perfect and she has succeeded. Kudos!
