The staff were very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The lodge was cozy, well-organized, and beautifully decorated, with a very clean pool. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The meals were generous in portion and absolutely delicious.

It's paradise. Beautiful, amazing landscaping; wildlife such as 3 species of monkeys, zonkeys and water buffalo, lots of birds; lovely accommodations with local African decor and art; staff are excellent and make you feel at home; small pool to cool off after a warm afternoon; owners are fantastic; hospitality next to none.

    We stayed at the Karibu Heritage House for three nights (one night before our safari and two nights during our safari schedule) in June 2024. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Sifael who is a wonderful host and all the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is nice and our evening meals were delicious. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool but if we had more time we would have done so. The hotel is perfect as a base to start or end a safari or to explore Arusha.

    I was so happy to have found this little patch of heaven in Arusha. The staff are wonderful and the gardens are beautiful. Such a relaxing tranquil place with wonderful food and everything you need for a great stay. Idyllic refreshing swimming pools surrounded by tropical plants and trees and birds. Easy to fall in love with this place! Looking forward to my next stay here.

    An oasis of calm awaits you at Sanna Lodge. Set on a slope of beautifully landscaped tropical gardens established 30yrs ago are a few scattered rooms and small bungalows overlooking a wonderful secluded and inviting swimming pool. The staff are exceptional, relaxed, helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. I used this as my base on my recent trip to Tanzania returning to the Lodge 4 times. It was perfect for my needs and an idyllic place to come back to and recharge between each section of the trip.
