United StatesThe staff went up and above to make sure everyone that was stranded because of the storm was taken care of. All food in the city was closed due to weather but your staff provided sandwiches which was a god send with my three kids!

There’s a Pool and spa indoors. Elevators available. Located next to Walmart is handy if you need anything. nicely decorated foyer with places to lounge, and a prolific snacks vending machine/display (or go to Walmart for snacks). There’s a gym. Also a back patio outside against mountain backdrop. Guest laundry was great. Staff didn’t ask us how our stay was when we checked out.
