Everything was superb., overall experience was amazing. They provide good facility in cheap price. We were so happy and we enjoyed a lot.

The property has a lot of amenities. The food was great and it’s across the street from the beach. The customer service was phenomenal.

Spa , rooms and the staff, location.. Lee was very helpful during our stay

The location - 2 mins walk to the beach, in the middle of the "touristic area", but still not noisy (I got a high floor maybe that's also the reason:) Many restaurants and bars around. Great staff. Good value for money. Nice well equipped and clean room.

The room was good and staff friendly her mane Ms. Lani the receptionist. The breakfast was good and many items. The swimming pool very nice also hotel nearby the beach I recommend this hotel lovely thanks.

I had a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Da Nang. The property is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The staff were warm and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was the lack of a toilet shut-off, which might be a bit inconvenient for Muslim guests. Despite that, I would definitely recommend it and consider it almost a five-star experience.

It is located at good place close to the beach. There are many restaurants around it. The accommodation was very clean and good. Highly recommended.

The room, the service and the hotel

Nhi very good for service will settle what we need very nice hotel will come again

The staff on reception was nice and helpful..

The hotel is located just beside the My Khe beach, and breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The details of hotel room made me more comfortable, even little thing like the hanger at the bathroom is great.

Breakfast was basic, but still very good, had different options every day

A very beautiful property. Calk, in a peaceful neighbourhood. With roof top pool, which is very welcome in the Da Nang heat. Best of all the staff. Both from of house & house keeping were friendly & helpful.

Room good Position good Staff behavior very good and friendly
