Best location and free shuttle to the Airport. The shuttle worked even in the very early morning.

My sincere sincere grattitude and thanks to the entire team. From reception to the extreme kind and service orianted ladies from the Housekeeping that even offered and helped me to wash my personal clothes. Also a very very special serious thanks to Ricardo from the Restaurant at the Rooftop that served me fresh brewed black coffee before 07:00 AM actual breakfast opening. Ricardo and his team cooked every single day the perfect steaks, iced frozen coconut lemonades, salads and more. He always checked in on me and ensured i am taken care off without an exception. I highley reccomend the food in this Hotel and just for the record i'm a Professional Chef that worked in 2x 1 star Michelin Restaurants in Switzerland and Amsterdam. Also and as usual a very special thanks to the people of Cartagena & Colombia. We could learn a lot about their culture. They're humble grounded as in, in balance with earth. They are extremely hospitable and make foreigners feel more than welcome. Thanks again and i promise to be back in person to say hi again as a sign of grattitude to the entire team.

Best that there is. What a nice hotel, with pool and beach area, the paths between the colourful hats is simply nice. The location is great.

Modern, good AC, complete pack of facilities

Best hotel I’ve been to that I can remember! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. As soon as we arrived every staff member was super friendly. I loved the room, it was so clean with a huge bed. Breakfast was fantastic, loved chilling on the rooftop pool, and hanging out playing games in the lobby drinking delicious coffee. I hope to come back to Cartagena and will definitely be staying at the Oz again

This modern, 16-story hotel is convenient in every way and a favorite among tourists. It's busy and warmly welcoming. On the ground floor, there's a restaurant serving delicious, varied breakfasts and Juan Valdez coffee. The room is equipped with a coffee maker, so we enjoy delicious coffee in the room. There's an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shower, safe, refrigerator, TV, and air conditioning. We booked a junior suite with a sofa and a king-size bed overlooking the ocean. It's a large, spacious room with two windows overlooking the ocean and the street. It's also soundproofed. Cleaning every day. The old town is a 40-minute walk away. There are many restaurants near the hotel, including McDonald's, KFS, and Domino Pizza, all 100 meters away. The beach is 150 meters away on the first line, the embankment is 150 meters away, and there is a walking path along the equipped path (embankments on both sides). On the 14th floor there is a fitness club and a large deep pool with showers. There is also a bar and a relaxation area. Parking is on the 3rd floor. There are many meeting rooms on the 2nd floor. Friendly staff.

Amazing hotel with great nature

This hotel is very near the airport, but in a nice secluded cul-de-sac, on a beautiful private beach. The location could not be better, considering how close is to the town, large shopping etc.

Its location is very convenient, close to shopping centers and the hospital. Relatively new hotel, free parking service.

Location well connected to major attrections

The hotel is in a very safe area . Beautiful room very confy bed. Food is great.

Everythinng in the room. Coffe and sweet breakfast in the morfina. Refelling Western for free but a bit distante from the centro. Il you have a carico no problem

I arrived last minute with my family due the bad service I received at our previous reservation and decided to leave. The service that I received at Whala, was amazing, the front desk staff is professional, helpful and provided service from the heart. We only stayed 1 night to celebrate our teenage 17th birthday and the staff really help to have a wonderful experience there. Thank you very much, we definitely will back.
