ThailandWe stayed one night at North Pier Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and thoughtful service. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff went above and beyond-helping us with our bags and offering helpful advice about the room.
Our accommodation featured two spacious king beds and a bath tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The coffee provided was excellent, a small touch that made a big difference to our morning. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to local cafes and shops.
Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

AustraliaSurprisingly the house had almost everything we needed for the stay which really made it a home-away-from-home, even the free coffee pods was an add-on, . The place was big enough to comfortably fit all 12 of us and was very homey. The rooms were also excellent, my brother-in-law happens to be an interior designer and absolutely loved the setting.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was welcoming and there was a lovely effort to make sure we had everything we could need. Spare bathroom items, enough towels, heater on and the room warm on arrival, water bottles in the fridge, as examples. We were very happy with everything.

Clean and comfy rooms. Very close to the main tourist area near the beach which is only like 10 minutes walk and the rooms was a good size and the reception staff was super nice. A lovely Thai property manager was very helpful when our bathroom door lock was not working - thanks!

So clean and nice! The unit had everything we needed to make dinner. Parking right in front. Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. Staff welcoming and helpful. Great location to check out the island and walk the town! We highly recommend!

Well located in San Remo and easy drive to the jetty and into Cowes. The whole resort was well lit at night and comfortable to go around. Nominated parking lots are the best.

Lovely coastal town.
Lovely coastal town. I went at the best time as not many tourists. Restaurants staff were excellent and helpful. The vistas were fantastic. Wanted to take the family to the fairy penguins but the price is exhorbitant. $85 a head is ridiculous to sit in the cold for ages and watch the penguins walk up the beach. Otherwise the koala sanctuary and Churchill Island were great. My grandson was too young for the maze but we will come back. The stay was too short. Highly recommend it to everyone especially photographers and painters.

The location & The Resort itself was great.
The location & The Resort itself was great. We had a meal at the restaurant which was fantastic.
The apartment was the total opposite as described above.
When we contacted Rachael regarding no hairdryer, milk, tea or coffee her reply was no milk coffee or hairdryer supplied although sometimes the previous guests sometimes leave milk etc. which would be left in the fridge! I would definitely not book there through Air BNB again.

Really like the island at this time of the year when it’s quiet and restful. We enjoyed the walk to Pyramid Rock. Later we walked along the jetty at San Remo. I enjoyed the walk down the Main Street of Cowes to the beach and jetty. A man had caught several good fish there. Dinner at the San Remo hotel was good and I would recommend it. We also really enjoyed the National Vietnam Veteran Museum. I recommend allowing a considerable amount of time for the museum as there is so much to see. It’s very interesting and well worth a visit.

Ventnor is 4 minutes from town & the back beach is at the end of the street. Quiet little spot, perfect if your looking for peace & quiet. Not far to get to the penguin parade or Amaze n things. I highly recommend staying in Ventnor.

Weather dreadful.
Weather dreadful. Rain, freezing wind, cold, very little sun. Wouldn't go there in winter. Traffic in Cowes was maniac. Good supermarkets, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi. Some great clothes shops. Loved the scallop pies, baked deserts. Loved the Chocolate Factory. Penguin Parade was great to see. Saw the Koalas & 1 echidna at the Koala Sanctuary. Liked Churchill Island. Loved seeing the Highland cows. Went to Catholic Church at Rhyll for 9.00 am Mass Sunday. Choir lovely. Good attendance.

Lovely modern home with lovely touches. Disappointed with cleanliness of balcony as it hadn’t been cleaned, it was dirty and greasy not just covered in sand from beach. We spent an hour cleaning it up. We also cleaned the house before we left, so wasn’t too happy about the cleaning charge on top of stay.

We loved the location and size of the house.
We loved the location and size of the house. It was really comfortable. We would have liked some privacy blinds in the front bedrooms so that we could leave the drapes open during the day however the house was well stocked with more than we expected. The kitchen felt like home and the house was extremely spacious. There was plenty of room for our big family to enjoy time together around the kitchen table aswell as downtime in the different living areas. Perfect family getaway.

We visited the penguin parade and the moto gp and it was really great. Great location and 10 mins to drive to the track. The private car parks give a pass for 3 days for $55. The penguin parade is totally worth seeing - we did the underground bunker and it was amazing!

Great place to stay while visiting the island as it has everything you need.
We were there in winter, so there were not many tourists which was perfect for us! I think Phillip Island probably gets overrun in the popular months.
