- From $294.53 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 2,234 reviewsWe were meant to stay from 7-16 Mar, cyclone hit and we were able to move our bookings to 28 Mar-6 Apr. We had 7 rooms during our stay (5 for 8 nights and 2 for 3 nights), x4 2 bedroom superior apts, x2 2 bedroom apts and x1 bedroom apt We did request and pay for 2 rooms on the ground. Right up until the day before we arrived, reception was not able to confirm our room numbers. If I'd known how far our 2nd room was going to be and how difficult it was going to be for our mum to go up/down the stairs to and from room, we would've asked to move rooms. We checked in quite late to the resort, so by the time we got in our room, unpacked and relaxed after our international flight, we'd already made ourselves comfortable and used the towels, bathrooms etc; when checking in I did keep telling the receptionist that we had our mum but that didn't seem to factor in her allocating the room. It was our fault for staying in the room. She just took her time walking around the resort Our room was very spacious and the arrival pack (eggs, bread, milk etc;) kids activity pack, free drinks/kids club/mini golf vouchers were much appreciated😊 even the road works outside the resort, you couldn't hear any extra noise where our rooms were located. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer. The resort having trolleys for shopping trips was handy to have. Car parking was a breeze and placed well within your room allocation. The gym was used frequently, games room visited by the kids/teenagers and the cinema was a hit with the under 5's The pools were amazing! there was something for everyone in our group (1yo to 60yo) was nice having the spas beside the pools too If something was broken or you needed an extra blanket, reported it to reception/rung house keeping and it was dealt with immediately. A1 service TIP: bring mat/old towel to use as door mat to wipe up wet floors when rainingGuest review byNayNew Zealand
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 198 reviewsWhat a treat! If you are looking for a luxurious and comfortable retreat from the world, this is the place! Gorgeous location with beautiful surroundings. We loved the spa bath which we enjoyed whilst sipping our complimentary champagne, then slipping into the cozy bathrobes to snuggle on the sofa warmed by the log burner. Absolute heaven. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided, in fact we really didn't want to leave. We tried to book a second night, but unsurprisingly Treetops was booked out. But maybe best of all.... no internet!!! A true country escape, and we have recommended it to many friends already ❤️Guest review byJoyUnited States
- From $187.19 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 5,239 reviewsRoom was very nice, liked the modern finishings with automatic curtains and blinds. The bed was VERY comfortable and the view was lovely. Downstairs at the casino the bar staff were lovely and remembered the drink I'd previously ordered which was a nice touch. The cafe did a beautiful breakfast and the staff there were polite and helpful.Guest review byJason MichaelUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 707 reviewsCook your own breakfast is a novel idea which wasn't clearly communicated and only on cracking a raw egg thinking it was boiled did I realise this was the case. It was a great experience to grill my own breakfast and enjoy the freshly baked bread after the rainforest hike neighbouring the venue. The spa bath and shower are great too.Guest review byGreg B.South Africa

We stayed in the three bedroom unit and had two beds and two baths together, then living space, then master bedroom and ensuite at other end of unit. Could easily accommodate a family plus grandparents or a family plus another couple or small family.Guest review byAshleyNew Zealand

Using the train system is a cheap, convenient and easy way...
Using the train system is a cheap, convenient and easy way of getting around. Eateries are many, varied and good quality. Climate is wonderful - usually sunny and warm. People are friendly and welcoming unlike other major Australian cities. Beautiful areas such as Southbank, Parklands and the botanic gardens to chill out in. City seems real safe to just wander around in. The river is awesome...spending a day just cruising up on the cats. Great! Historical places to visit that are actually interesting!Guest review byStackNew Zealand - 10.0

Walking distance to everything, easy to get around, plenty of choices for places to eat as well as a great Cole's supermarket. You can be as busy or as relaxed as you want to be. A road trip to Daintree, Cape Tribulation and the Wildlife Discovery Centre is easily done in a day. A boat trip up the Dickson Inlet is a fun and informative thing to do. Snorkelling out on the reef is a must if you have never done it.Guest review byTrishNew Zealand - 10.0

We enjoyed the beautiful parks and gardens, the historic buildings in the city of Toowoomba, the Cobb & Co Museum. We also liked the short drive to Crows Nest National Park with its eucalypt forest and granite boulders. Breakfast at Cafe Valetta was excellent! Happy to recommend Toowoomba as a good holiday destination.Guest review byOdette - 10.0
