The host sent a message at the day with the links to the instruction videos. In fact the videos were so helpful and we could easily find the key and get into the room without any problems. The location was really wonderful - we could enjoy the amazing mountain view and go to the bath on foot in 10 minutes.

We love this boutique hotel to pieces. It is not the first time we stayed here and it's definitely not gonna be the last. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. We had a big room overlooking the main pedestrian street. The room was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The bed was very comfy. We appreciated the coffee and tea facilities in the room. We also appreciated a lot the bar on the ground floor that served very good beer and very good flammkuchen until relatively late. Parking is very easy to find if one follows the hotel instructions. We positively regretted that we only booked one night.

Near all Bulle and Gruyères have to offer. Very close to train station so quite convenient. Restaurant on site so very practical. Good value. Very nice and helpful staff.

Located just outside Gruyeres with very good price comparing to village itself. Big parking in front of the hotel. Simple but comfortable room. Good breakfast provided. Would stay again

it was quiet and cozy. The room was beautiful, the view on the Cathedral was stunning. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was close to everything and we didn’t need to use transport at all.

I liked everything. I was surprised that haven’t heard a sound despite the room was next to elevator. Nice view, parking, friendly stuff.

So convenient located right just next to the train station, making the travel to gruyere, broc....etc so easily .

Everything was perfect. The room was great for a family of four. The view was amazing. The food was good.

The room we stayed in was perfect had great views of the valley and the back of Gruyeres Castle from the balcony. Below us you could see and hear the bells from the cows. The property is just outside the city walls so it was an easy walk to everything yet far enough to get away from the crowds. The staff were very welcoming. Would 100% stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful! We enjoyed fresh bread and cheese, boiled eggs including small black and white speckled eggs, delicious Birchermuesli, yogurt, and coffee. Everything was delicious!
