Brand new hotel, right on the beach! Very nice rooms with all the amenities you need and a super bed! The quality of the food is very good and the view from the restaurant is amazing! Highly recommended!

The hotel is more then the best value for money. Everything is new and renovated, breakfast was delicious, perfect view and pool. Location is 10 min walk to Agia Galini centar and main beach.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted by what permeates the hotel, friendliness and quality. The staff are consistently very professional and friendly. Clean and tidy and with a small but very nice pool area. The breakfast room on the fifth floor is probably one of the most beautiful ones with a view worth a visit just for that. The breakfast is also well cooked and the elderly woman who runs it gives clear instructions on, among other things, the cakes she baked herself. It is about 20 min walk down to the beach, a bit hilly but it is an advantage after a good dinner in the evening.

Everything !! The family and staff who worked here are so lovely and kind ! Always greeted with smiles and hellos. The breakfast was so delicious and there is free parking. A short walk to a pebble beach. The pool is so big and amazing, very good, perfect amount of sun beds and shade. Air con here works beautifully and each room comes with a mini fridge to store any snacks and your drinks. Short 2 min drive to a small town where you can find the essentials (restaurants, chemist and supermarkets). Bathrooms are of a high quality compared to other bathrooms in Greek hotels.

A lovely hotel in a great location opposite the beach. In May there were no noisy bars nearby! The lady on the front desk was superb. Helpful and very friendly. Other staff all good too. The bed was huge and the room a good size and nice balcony. Fridge in the room. Also a very good shower. Nice breakfast with a good choice. Street parking or we used the car park at the side of the hotel.

Our stay in Troulis Apart-Hotel was amazing. Apartments are clean and comfortable. The location is more than wished, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is amazing, especially Teona, Vazha and the receptionist Nik. They were always ready to help and make our stay in the hotel enjoyable. Giving us good recommendations not only about the place.

The location was very convenient. Breakfast very good, varied and served very well by the staff. The staff was very friendly, professional and at all times at the service of the clients. There were many staff from Albania who were very professional, helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

It was an absolutely perfect place to be in Rethymnon! The hotel is so beautiful just a couple of steps from the beach that you can have a reservation for the perfect beds they have there. The room is absolutely amazing, big and comfy with everything you need. Also the breakfast is so good and fresh. And above all the staff at this place are amazing people so nice and kind. Thank you DYO suites for making my trip even better than I can dream of!!

The location is perfect on the edge of the old town. All the staff were cheerful and friendly and responded to requests swiftly. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning is quiet and efficient. They even provided a breakfast bag for an early start to the airport.

Friendliness of the staff across all the roles in the hotel, as well as the extremely central location in the old town. I visited the hotel in the beginning of the season opening in April but I suppose it would be amazing to sit around the pool at the inner patio and have Cafe Freddo during the summer time.
