Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful, down to the smallest detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. I would even say that beyond the hotel’s excellent quality, what truly stands out is the outstanding service — it’s clear that this hotel not only offers quality, but most of all sells a top-tier experience. The facilities were excellent, the location was perfect, and the overall organization of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Although parking can be challenging in the city, the hotel provided convenient solutions that made everything hassle-free. Overall, it is a hotel I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend to anyone — everything was simply exceptional

We chose this hotel and did not regret it, the room was clean, cleaning every two days, also the room offered towels for the beach, which is very convenient. I was at the hotel for my birthday, when the owner of the hotel found out about it, she made us a surprise, decorating the room with flowers, we were surprised. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, there are also many different restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of 2-3 minutes. On the day of departure we had an evening flight, and the owner allowed us to stay until 3 so, really appreciated that. I definitely recommend this place!

Where to start !!! Fabulous. . Eleven is a small unit-of, bespoke suites . We stayed in room 15 . Upstairs, overlooking the gorgeous pool and beach . Suite is very well appointed. Very spacious and contemporary. Also very comfortable. Suite was cleaned every day should you wish . The pool was my favourite. Very quiet. Beautiful. Eleven Taverna . On the beach . Again Fabulous!!! We ate there 5 times on our stay of eleven nights . Large !! Portions . . Food so fresh . Watch your waist line . Beach is pebble . Sun loungers also . Lovely. A complete package. You would struggle to find such a place else where . Last but not least . George . His family and team are Exceptional ❤️

For now - it's my favourite all inclusive hotel. I've been to many all-inclusives in other countries, but this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Maybe I didn't expect anything, I thought “at least they would feed me and there would be no russians” but here we came and every day we said that this is incredible hotel and it has a place in our hearts. Here is some info: 1) This is an adult hotel. And that says it all. This is WOW. When you want to relax, to have a quite place, to swim quietly and read a book, this is the perfect place. Sometimes it seemed to us that people were whispering to each other when they were lying on the sun loungers so as not to disturb others. And overall, I liked the hotel guests, no drunk and shouting people, but polite and calm people. 2) Staff. Well, this is a separate love. We often talked to animators and bartenders. They are so cool and nice people. We already miss you Stelly, Chris, Alex, the cool lifeguard at the pool and the bartenders. The kitchen and restaurant staff - you are just beyond praise, you are super professionals! 3) Room. We had a junior suite. Very well maintained, beautiful and stylish. Had everything we needed. Very clean and cool view from the terrace! 4) Food. OMG!!! How delicious and varied it was! I don't like oatmeal, but here I ate even it :)) I liked absolutely everything. There are evenings of different cuisines, for example, Greek, Italian, Asian, etc. There was always different meat, every day there was some kind of fish, and sometimes a whole aquatic kingdom (tuna steaks, salmon, shrimp, octopus, mussels, and other types of fish). Sweets are just the top. Lots of fruits, vegetables, salads, pizza, pasta, soups and much more. As for drinks, we used to buy water in the store. The taste of beverages from the machine - like salt water. Cocktails also have a slightly salty taste, so we ordered a Prosecco. 5) Hotel.

We had the best experience at The syntopia, blown away about the service, soooo good food, drinks, room and hospitality. The Syntopia is really the hotel to go to if you want a relaxing and luxury experience. Big thanks to Michael in the reception for taking such good care of us and made us keep our room full day for our late departure, really recommend to take the all inclusive part, then you will have the big range of drinks during the full day and the food was way over all our expecations. Also Harah from the pool service who always had a smile on her face and kept us hydrated by the pool every day. Rooms are also very high designed with inspiring interior. Had a lovely stay with my wife and two young kids. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. They accommodated our request for an earlier check in and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. There were lots of small touches that made our stay very pleasant such as complimentary champagne / wine in our room, welcome drinks, etc. We made use of a number of the hotel’s facilities including the main restaurant, the gym, pool and the kids club and were very happy with everything. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Crete.

Facilities, breakfast are 10/10 and especially staff who are so friendly, kind and helpful, always smiling and make your vacation unforgetable. Crete offers a lot of beautiful places, beaches, restaurants and friendly open people, but if we stayed at Theartemis palace and not see anything, we would still rate 10/10 vacation.

We loved all the little streets in the old town and the beach was lovely too. There were plenty of great restaurants to choose from but we didn’t really like the pressure from the some of the restaurant staff to eat there

The town is just the right size — not too big.

The town is just the right size — not too big. Its rural and local character really comes through; we even watched goat herders at work just nearby. There’s a good variety of restaurants and several shops. For those with limited mobility, there’s a convenient flat sidewalk running along the beach. If you’re willing to drive a short distance, there are plenty of stunning beaches to choose from depending on the wind direction. It’s an excellent location for beach life and all kinds of water activities. At Paralia Souda, there was also an aid for wheelchair users to get into the water — provided they’re able to transfer into the seat. There’s also lots to do nearby — one tip is to hike up to Saint Paisios Church or visit the nearby mountain villages with their amazing views towards Plakias (see the photo).

Perfect little village, lovely family beach, taste the greek cuisine in the restaurants, your daily shopping and more is available in the shops and enjoy the greek hospitality all around Panormos! Perfect start for trips to Rethymno, Lake Kournas, Georgiopolis, Chania, Agia Galini, Matala, Preveli Palm Beach and lots of lovely beaches and small villages with cute tavernas and great views along perfect roads! And be sure to make a boattrip, the water is a blue-green paradise!

Perfect hotel for a one-night layover.

Perfect hotel for a one-night layover. Relatively new facility with all the essentials. Beds and pillows were perfect, how shower, A/C, parking....very clean too. As a bonus there's a great restaurant serving authentic meals and a nice buffet breakfast too. Friendly people.

Our main. reason for visiting the area was because we were attending a wedding. I did find that Adelianos Kampos was located near to a lot of pick ups for tours around Crete to allow you to experience other areas around the island. Many places to eat around the area, but none that really stuck out for me that I would recommend. Just walk around the area because there is much to choose from.

A small vibrant fishing village which offers plenty of restaurants and accommodations. The beach is clean but a little small. Water is clean with access via a short walk from the village centre. It is quite hilly and may present problems for certain visitors. Evenings are very lively with many restaurants and some shops. It is centrally placed for journeys to others beaches and destinations such as Matala, Spili and so on.

I really like Platanes, it's not too far from the busy...

I really like Platanes, it's not too far from the busy Rethymno centre and slightly more relaxed than being near the main areas, but still has nice restaurants and beach bars etc. and good access to main roads etc. if you like to get out and adventure without getting stuck in congestion, which can sometime be found neare to centre.

Very near the sea. 2 very good supermarkets, bakery and chemist. Good restaurants. Not hectic busy so excellent for relaxing break.Local villages of Asteri and Chamalevri within walking distance. As is Pagkalochori which has Asani monastery. Wonderful authentic Cretan experience.

The villa is well placed and suitable for up to 4 people. The local cafes and tavernas provide great food and drink at reasonable prices. The beach is lovely and less crowded than the naturist beach which looked very busy. We used Damnoni water sports for paddleboarding and kayak and they were excellent

It's a quiet village with very friendly people and along the beach road you very quickly arrive at the next village that has a mini market and 3 or 4 tavernas. It's not for people looking for nightlife and shops. A car is needed to get there and to be able to go to bigger town with shops and other sights of interest. Our favourite places in Rodakino were Korakas beach cafe; Super market Zafeirakis where the lady was friendly and helpful and Nikos & Anna Taverna. Just a little further away the taverna at Peristeres beach is definitely my favourite place to eat.
