The property was incredible with a lot of activities and kid-friendly areas. The stay was really worth the money because the food was really good with a lot of varieties of food. The hotel was all inclusive which made it worth it. The facilities were great and quite big.

This an absolute gem of a family hotel with wonderfully friendly staff. A special mention has to be made of those we got to know quite well over our 2-week stay - the ladies on Reception, Stelios the restaurant manager, our waiter young Stelios on university vacation from Athens, our waitress Sofia and Sofia in the on-site shop - but we have to say that all those with whom we interacted were really lovely. We found all the food and wine options to be good. Friday night is Greek Night with typically Greek food in the restauarnt (such as moussaka and stifado) and with a very nice performance of Greek music and dance available free to all guests. Any minor room issues were immediately addressed (e.g. we had an issue with the toilet seat fixing - it was fixed while we had breakfast!). There are 3 pools - all very well looked after - including a kids pool. The location is perfect and within a 5-10 minute walk of the sea and beach. It is a good walk into the city's Old Town (this can be draining when it's very hot) but there are convenient and regular buses (typically every 20-30 minutes) costing €1.20 to take you there - a 5-minute walk to the stop and then a 5-10 minute journey time with the main long-distance bus station only another 3 minutes further along. As far as we could tell, all buses served the Old Town and main bus station.

Beautifully renovated room, modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, not too long a walk to beaches and old town, but a bit of an uphill to come back. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I arrived with a group of 20, and the welcome at the hotel was extremely warm and kind—something I can say about every single member of the staff. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped. The breakfast offered a wide variety, with options for everyone, including those with dietary sensitivities. The location is fantastic: just a few steps from the long, sandy beach, with a large supermarket right next to it. The city center is an easy 15-minute walk away. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, and we will definitely return!

My favourite part of our stay at this hotel was, without a doubt, the staff. After just a couple of days, it felt like genuine friendships were being made. They also remembered our usual orders and preferences and always made us feel seen and cared for. You can truly feel that there’s a hardworking team behind this hotel, genuinely committed to making every guest’s stay as pleasant as possible.

This hotel looks exactly like the stunning photos, and the team made our stay unforgettable. The pools are beautiful, the daily breakfast is an absolute event, and the entire property is fresh and immaculate. Huge shoutout to Nicolette and the amazing staff! When our son got tonsillitis on a Sunday, they immediately got a GP to us in under an hour. For a big hotel, the personal care and daily check-ins on him were incredibly touching. Loved the spa, gym, yoga sessions, and the endless pool loungers. It’s a scenic 30–40 minute stroll (or quick taxi ride) into Rethymno. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! Pay attention this is a remote location and might be difficult to walk if you have reduced mobility as the ground is very uneven. Excellent customer service, good, location, clean place and lovely breakfast.

The property is in an excellent position with everything in walking distance. The property has been restored to a very high standard, it is an amazing building. The owners are so helpful and accommodating, with lots of good places to visit and eat, nothing is too much trouble and there’s always someone there to assist you. The perfect hosts.

Well-equipped, new and beautiful hotel, we had a very nice stay here. The hotel staff was super helpful (e.g. they helped with parking options) and very attentive. The location is great, near the old town and the beach, but not in the noisy restaurant and bar area of the town. Superb breakfast!
