The staff was very friendly and helpful all over the resort It is a great place for children, the water park was amazing. It suits all ages. And there are many activities for children at the resort. The pools are great and the food was excellent. And a nice Private Beach.

Staff was perfect, food was good, nice and clean room, perfect sea view, really enjoyed our breakfast, good location very close to city center and beach.

The kindness of the personnel, the swimming pool, the buffet breakfast on the rooftop

This is a very nice, comfortable and clean hotel to stay at. I have read past reviews and can say the breakfast area doesn't look like a school canteen and the food itself is nice. The bathrooms don't smell like sewage and the place is not run down. There was plastic on the beach, but I just went and picked it up and threw it away, the garbage is coming from the ocean and this only happened once. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, I am pregnant so I can smell anything from a mile away, and everything smelled clean. Yes if you get a room by the road you will hear the cars drive pass, but you can still take naps and sleep, it's not that loud, we got later upgraded to an ocean view room and there were amazing views and nice sound of the ocean. The pool area and beach area is very convenient and going to the town is not far away. The staff are very friendly and the management team is running a very good hotel. I would recommend people staying here if they want convenience, rest or a good time.

Super friendly staff, upon arrival we received a room upgrade and a welcome drink free of charge. Great location in the town center, the closes beach is almost at your doorstep but you can easily walk to all of the best local beaches as well. Delicious breakfast served on the roof, so you can enjoy the sea view at the same time.

Location and nice people. The receptionists were very helpful and kind. My special thanks to Tatiana! The hotel has a wonderful breakfast, nice common area and its location is awesome. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

It was Very comfortable , clean with a great sea view ! Location was just outside the old town ( 15 minute walk) Parking was close by . A/C shower were terrific

The hotel had everything, nice view, many sunbeds, varmpool cold pool and beach at the door. Staff was amazing and very good hygiene. The rooms had new renovation and was beautiful. The food was also amazing with a lot of verity but the best thing was the pizza at evening, big ups to him for best pizza I eat. Even the animation team was very good for organizing activities they had a lot of creativity and both good and strong personalities that makes the days even better to have fun with them. The reception were very helpful with everything. Also the drinks was amazing. 10 out of 10 everything, see you next year. /Agron

Everything was amazing! We arrived very late at night and had food waiting for us in the fridge! Room was clean and spacious, with beautiful view. Right on the beach and not too crowded. All the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Kostas who was very helpful and arranged also late check out.

Everything was amazing. This hotel was the best I have stayed in all my many trips of Greece and I have visited Athens several times and many of the islands! The staff go out of their way to meet all your needs. The food is exceptional, very fresh and with ample options of local cuisine. In all our stay no two meals were the same in fact the buffet is very well planned to have different dishes at every meal! Everything is fresh, local and abundant. The attention to detail is amazing! Children are well catered for and the rooms are impeccably clean! All the staff from the Hotel general manager, the owners and their extended family, the reception staff, the entertainment, housekeepers, chefs, cooks, waiters and barmen are all amazing people and go out of their way to meet and greet all guests and are constantly asking if we need anything and constantly smiling. This hotel is a true gem and probably Crete’s best kept secret! The location next to Preveli and Kourtaliotiko Gorge is very convenient and really enhances the unique Cretan experience! This Hotel is well worth a stay and I really hope we will have an occasion to come back!
