Perfect hospitality. We stayed in villa and it has private swimming pool and bathtub. Breakfast was very satisfied. Perfect for couples.

This hotel has provided me with an exceptional experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool is well-maintained, with its water refreshed on a daily basis. Boasting an ideal location, the hotel offers great convenience for traveling. It is just a short walk away from the Ubud Palace and right next to the Monkey Forest. I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my stay. I would gladly give it a full star rating and I will definitely come back again in the future.

The staff were exceptional. They catered to every whim and request with a smile and proactively. The support via WhatsApp was real time and always excellent. The provided us with a fan, extension power cord, flexibility with the breakfast menus and vouchers for the Jaens spa, which was also good. The shuttle to Ubud town and back was extremely helpful, given the general chaotic nature of the Palace and Market area! The terrace offers spectacular panoramic views and tranquility. We cannot rave about the people at Sabana Ubud and how graceful they were in being exceptional hosts to us and our 8 year old son.

Absolutely love it. What makes this hotel stand out isn't just the beautiful forest view or the private pool, but the staff. 100/10 for them. The Balinese team is so welcoming and respectful; they take pride and pleasure in ensuring you have a memorable stay. I cannot single out just one staff member—from the receptionist to the waitstaff, cleaners, and security—hats off to you all. You made our stay that much better for my wife and me. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, great location on the edge of town, away from the busy Main Street and a ten minute walk. Staff were so nice, and even offered us food from a staff celebration. Grounds around the pool and rooms are lovely and really make it feel like an intimate place to stay. Food is great and alacarte breakfast was very good. Staff really made the place.

Beautiful swimming pool and rooms. Big bathtub and balcony. Bed super comfy. Breakfast can be ordered and is very tasty. Quiet area a bit outside of town but easily accessible with Grab/Gojek.

Very good place to stay in Ubud

Location- the hotel is located in a little lane way off a side street. Within 2 mins you are on a street with lots of restaurants and bars and even a padel club and further down the road for monkey forest so ideal Breakfast- there was a very good choice for breakfast. I went for eggs florentine every day which consisted of 2 poached eggs on toast with bacon(could have also had a chicken sausage), some small baby potatoes and tomatoes and a croissant . You also got a juice and a hot drink included. There was also choices of Indonesian breakfast and other choices. The staff serving breakfast were so lovely and friendly. Service was efficient. Room- The room was lovely. Very spacious with plenty of room for all our luggage and a very big bathroom with a big bath and shower/ wet area which didn't wet the entire bathroom. Air conditioning worked really well.

Everything about this place was wonderful. We arrived late at night and were welcomed by incredibly kind staff who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The complimentary yoga classes are great and give you a taste of the early morning paid classes which are absolutely worth it. Such a wonderful way to start the day. We also loved the complimentary 30-minute activities offered most days, often cultural ones. The pool area is relaxed, the surroundings are beautiful, and the overall vibe is very special. There is also a free shuttle into Ubud centre twice a day, which is very convenient. Breakfast with the view was great too. Overall, a really lovely place to stay.

The hotel is very clean. It offers a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff is very attentive. We would like to thank Wati, Dwi Ode and all the other staff for their attention and kindness. We had a massage every day of our stay. The entire team in the spa department does their job very well. If you want a peaceful stay in nature, you should definitely choose this hotel.

The location of the hotel was superb and staff was so much helping. A pure value to money ..very low rate but such a nice location and cleam modern room

Rooms were great. Couldnt have asked for a better room and hotel. The comfort this room gave us after a busy tiring day at Ubud was everything!! Loved everything about this hotel. There were negative reviews which made us doubt our choice, but once we got to see the room and how the staff treated guests, i dont get how anyone could give negative reviews to this hotel. Highly recommend.

The room is really confy and very tidy! The locations is also very good cause its in town but very quite, you really feel like you are outside sll the caos of ubud centre. But the best by far is the staff they were all very kind and very helpfull on our last day our flight was quite late and they alloe us to leave our luggage and even take a shower just before leave, I would definitely recomend this place!

We had such a nice romantic stay at this beautiful hotel perfectly centered in the best part of Ubud, close to all the good restaurants and sightseeing options. Staff was extremely kind, helpful and friendly to us all the time. The hotel was gorgeous and there was so many extra things we got included without having any idea of it. The staff provided us with free welcome drinks, free massages and a free romantic delicious picnic breakfast in the garden. They were always smiling, bowing, asking how our days were, and wishing us good morning, good day and good night. They provided us with help planning sightseeing and tours with their packages, and it was amazing! Perfect for a couple or family getaway from busy reality, we did not move a finger. Best hotel in ubud! Thank you, would come back 100%

All of it was above my expectations. The welcoming, friendly staff. A fantastic balinese house with huge terrace and a huge bathroom with bathtub.. fantastic pool, everything set in lush greenery. It wS quiet and serene even if so close to Jalan Raya. Breakfast was luxurious, as well as the food in Cafe Lotus- I have been to Ubud 9 times before but this was about all expectations . I book my next trip according to zvailability. A peaceful haven a bliss proximate to everything! This hotel was definately a gem, a treasure to find. I had a whole tiny apartment and bathtub. It was very clean and nice and I had no complaints for the two weeks I was there😁 The staff was very sweet and the spa was very great!
