The staff were lovely.The bungalow was well appointed, with a well stocked mini bar & tea and coffee. The breakfast options were good. I loved the fact they were eco conscious with no single use plastics.. They used metal or cardboard straws in the drinks and refillable water in the room and a water cooler where you could refill your bottles.. The location was fantastic and you can snorkel right from the beach and see turtles. We loved it here and wanted to stay longer.

Very nice property located in the heart of Gili Air, you can go to various places across the island by foot pretty easily! The staff and the owner are really nice and accommodating and will help for any questions or request you have 👍 The breakfast is also very enjoyable (especially the pancakes!). Last but not least, the small cat Coco is so cute, take nice care of her!

    Pondok Santi Estate was relaxing, beautifully kept, clean and located in the perfect spot. The resort itself is very spacious, private and quiet, being walking distance to sunset point and the main restaurants in town but quiet enough not to hear the party music at night. It is a 15 minute walk from the main port which was very manageable on foot. The resort had generous (free) inclusions, including free snorkel gear (just make sure you reserve it early in the day), free bikes (same), free towels to use by the pool as well as to take out of the resort for the beach. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, as was the room service menu, which included local Indonesian dishes as well as more Western style dishes. The rooms and grounds were immaculately kept, cleaned daily, with an extra turn-down service as well. Note that the bathrooms are outdoors, though in a private Courtyard with a lovely garden. Rooms are spacious, comfortably air-conditioned and include lots of thoughtful extras (mosquito repellant, free filtered water to drink). We also opted for the in-room massage which was very relaxing and decently priced. The staff were approachable, professional and very helpful. We also stayed at Pearl of Trawangan for one night and far preferred Pondok Santi Estate. Pondok Santi Estate is worth every dollar and I hope we get to go back one day!

    Everything is perfect about this hotel it is a little piece of paradise I can’t even describe how peaceful and likeanle this hotel is. The architecture of the lobby and all of the 3 rooms I’ve stayed in was immaculate and perfect. I can say with no doubt after walking around the island that the Pearl is the best hotel of gili t. Also the staff is super super nice always smiling and really helpful.

    First time in Indonesia when we had a continental breakfast and it was really good. The pool is amazing, location great, close to the harbor and the center. We've asked 2 times for extension and it was no problem. We've loved the place and for sure we will come back next year.

    The Gili Islands are truly a beautiful place, with crystal-clear waters. Especially Gili Meno, where you can escape the crowds of tourists and the noise of nightlife. But be careful — unfortunately, one of the biggest issues on the island is the litter left behind by tourists, which takes away some of the charm of these amazing islands. There are no cars here; people get around using electric scooters or small horse-drawn carriages. If you're looking for fun, head to Gili Air or Gili T. But if you want peace and quiet and to enjoy the sea, Gili Meno is the perfect choice.

    Gili T has lots of potential, but at the moment it feels a bit overcrowded and overexplored. Things are a bit dirty and messy outside the beach clubs. Access inside the land is poor. Boat access is a bit chaotic.

    Beautiful island with some amazing beaches. Turtle beach was our favourite. Renting bikes made getting around quicker but you are able to walk everywhere. Worth getting a nice cold drink everywhere you go. We loved the many cats on the island.

    A really beautiful island, so relaxing with lots of stunning beaches and a lovely laid back feel. Great snorkelling, lots of turtles & superb food & cocktails!! We also went to Gilli air but we much preferred Gilli menu, it’s pure paradise.

    Not the location for me with my wife more for the younger...

    Not the location for me with my wife more for the younger backpackers type. Would not recommend. No sandy beach. Difficult to get in to the sea for swimming / snorkelling. If you stay on the sea front it looks fine but as soon as you venture off the front the. Island is not the best in terms of cleanliness.

    More of a family culture, not as crowded as Gili T. Excellent value for money and the service culture of the residents is amazing. Easy to hire bicycles and scooters (electric) - essential. So many little gems to be found. A 2nd hand book shop, lovely places to eat, Gili Coffee Roasters became a favourite. Scallywags on the beach couldn't do too much for us.

    It is an all natural experience!

    It is an all natural experience! Walking around the islands, bare foot in sandy roads, eat in restaurants in the sand, swim in crystal clear waters and with the company of the turtles! It was amazing! But as in overall Indonesia, the trash issue needs to be considered urgently!!
