Nice breakfast and dinner buffet 2. Good service and many receptionists to handle check in 3. Swimming pool is included and so big , I quite like it

Exactly what we expected. Great location, nice, clean rooms. The staff was amazing, especially Haniffa from the reception went above and beyond to assist us. The food we had at the restaurant was also good. Really nothing to complain about

The staff were very welcoming. This brightens up the day to begin with. The buffet spread is awesome. Its possible to please the fussiest of diners. Cutlery and crockery were of fine quality We had a large group of company guests who came for breakfast on a daily basis. The hotel arranged for large dining tables by the pool and lawns. The way it was organised was excellent. Side note: If youre a company looking to organise a Meeting, Incentives or Conference event, this hotel should be towards the top of the list. The location is a little secluded and would be excellent for people seeking solitude, privacy and seclusion (lack of distractions). This is also an excellent place for remote working. All said, if Im back in Bogor, Ill stay here.

The environment is very convenient to access, especially for transit flights or layover flights. The staff are super friendly and accommodating

I've stayed here before...maybe 15yrs ago...I come for the 50m pool, which is mostly still very good.

The position is great. Breakfast is good.

The location was alright, there were a few places to eat and shops nearby. Good thing was the lobby area looked nice and the swimming pool was really great and refreshing. There is a café attached so that is convenient. For the price I paid for three people in two rooms for two nights I can’t really complain too much, I should have known better and found somewhere with a higher rating and pay a bit more for better cleanliness.

I paid for this accomodation arrived there and they told me it was cancelled. NO EMAIL and no refund.

Everything was top notch, and exactly as advertised. The room, the capsule bathroom, the hallways, everything was very clean. I only bathed twice, but, there was a constant flow of hot water during both. Sheets and pillows were very clean. The best thing is the peace of mind that comes with staying in a hotel like this. I came to know of a free shuttle service which takes traveler from the domestic terminal (where the hotel is located) to the international terminal. That was an added bonus.

Clear room and good bathroom. High avarage compared to the rest of Indonesia. Not the best position to go around at night but very close to Airport for Who needs to take a Flight.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers everything you need after long travel (spa, comfy rooms, gym, restaurant ecc). Also the airport shuttle works perfectly!

We were very satisfied, great accommodation, great breakfast, very friendly staffs, they managed our taxi from/to airport I did also mistake and i booked firstly for different day and it was easy to change without extra money
