We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jakarta! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and brand new — you can really feel the quality and attention to detail everywhere. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean, and stylish. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The breakfast was amazing — delicious, fresh, and with a great selection. It was one of the highlights of our mornings! What impressed us the most was the staff. We would like to sincerely thank Anna, Mia, Roxy, and Jessica for being so incredibly kind, friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel very welcome and cared for. A special thank you to the restaurant waiter, Sutarman, for his outstanding service. He was attentive, professional, and very pleasant. Fantastic ! ...Pitty that were only two nights. The boys there ( the hosts) were fantastic, also give us the option for an indonesian dinner. It was tasty and interesting. Also very tasty the breakfast -some indonesian sweets absolutely amazing. About the location - it was near Borobudur, so we take a walk and enter the gate near the souvenir shops. The room was practically a house with a huge bedroom and huge bathroom. They have also pool , a dinning area , a relaxing place, bicycles for rent and rice field ....at the gate.

I like the mountains, the food, shopping, especially custom made perfumes. The locals are very friendly and helpful. The weather isn't humid like Jakarta during the day, but during the night, it's cooling especially hotels near the mountains like in Lembang. Bandung has a lot of Sundanese and Dutch history. I can suggest to have 5days/4nights stay in Bandung....you'll love it and wanting to extend your stay : )

Beautiful people, but not really a tourist destination. They're obviously not used to seeing western tourists as I was asked for a photograph a number of times. It's a shame, as it's an important city in the history of Indonesia's independence. Walking is difficult (I love to explore cities on foot) as the traffic is manic, normal crossings are ignored and the ones with lights appear optional :-) The old town, zoo, monument of heroes and the submarine are worth a visit. CGK airport itself works well and most terminals are beautiful - Danantara have got it right. But all airport hotels seem to suffer from damp and mould, due to the low level, proximity to the sea and rainy season flooding no doubt. Top tip - find a hotel downtown in Jakarta, don't stay near the airport.

Everything is perfect but only one thing that I have really uncomfortable. That is internet connection !!!!! I can not fully watch YouTube or Netflix bt my laptop. Wifi signal continously has drorpped so it is very difficult to watch any streaming. Even I have to access to my company web for working. Something is happened. I can not work because very low level of internet connection and internet speed. I didn't have any internet issue when I was in Jakarta and Borgor during similar times (I was in jakarta and borgor one week ago) If you have to do something with internet, I can not recommend this hotel. It is very very terribles

Malang was definitely an amazing experience. we walked downtown and visited the heritage village, what an amazing place!! we also went to this beautiful restaurant called ( SaigonSan ) which looks like a temple form the inside . the food is really good and unexpectedly affordable. and of course would recommend the Bromo, Ejin and Tumpak sewu tours . otally worth it especially the waterfalls

ijen is pretty much overrated, it's a nice 6-hour-ish hike with above medium difficulty, the flame is underwhelming which is slightly bigger than a camp fire and the crater? go to Bromo instead. With the current volcano incident related to the Brazilian tourist, I am more convinced that people should be aware of tour guide's quality and training in East Java. Upon reading some brief information about traveling to Ijen, I found to mandatory in getting a guide, I went there alone and caught weird looks from other guides, some avoided my interactions when they found out I was alone, some others was good and paying attention.

Authentic introduction to a broad Javanese experience from traditional markets to modern shopping malls. Ancient palaces , streets packed with carts and traders , a look into the past. Very safe with smiles and welcomes everywhere . Truly lovely people , helpful and kind, anyone we came into contact with, staff, shop keepers, drivers - whatever - were overwhelmingly polite and caring with manners and curtesy . Plenty to see in the area. A day trip to Prambanan a pleasant 90 minutes through interesting landscape.
