True family farm with incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. They produce an excellent red wine. We stayed in the Villa, a separate unit with 2 bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen nestled between an orange and olive grove. Roberto, a son, speaks excellent English and is a first rate cook and Dominic the patriarch is very proud and generous with the produce of the farm. A very memorable stay.

The owner communicated EXCEPTIONALLY WELL with us through WhatsApp to arrange drivers, reservations etc. This was very helpful as we don't speak italian. The outdoor patio area overlooking the village & the sea was an added bonus. The people of Gerace are extremely friendly. Of note - Having a car in this town would have allowed us to explore the area more & a lot is closed in October when we there.

I did not realize the choice I made until the door of La Casetta opened and revealed that I had not booked a room but a house! This fantastic surprise was only the first of a round of many more: the kindness of the owner, the facilities (I can’t think of anything that could be missing!), the perfectly clean spaces, the comfort, the so many options for the DIY breakfast, the PERFECT location! the value for money as well.

Location and views from property were excellent. Host was excellent. It was clean, and shower had piping hot water. Host gave us a lovely walking tour of Grace.
