Great receptionist Luana. Made my stay warm and comfortable. It is an old hotel in need of serious renovation. But value for money is excellent. They deserve a perfect score for kindness , clean room and value for money

Superb hotel in amazing building-palazzo built in 1500. Fantastic room! Amazing bathroom with bathtub and also shower. Hotel located in the heart of the historical center. Staff super friendly and most kind!

The property was a perfect place for a retreat! It was beautiful, quiet and close to the town without being in the middle. It was perfect.

Wow! A whole castle pretty much to ourselves! Exploring around the property, the village and surrounding area on foot was delightful. We love touching ancient walls, walking through rooms filled with antiques, using the old stone staircase worn smooth from thousands of footsteps! Awesome. The breakfast buffet was excellent and our evening meals were some of the best we had in Italy! Highly recommend spending a few days relaxing here.

Beautiful hotel, with special design. The staff are very nice. Huge equipment room, very good breakfast.

Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and kind. Appreciated being able to toast the bread at breakfast. Across the street from a Coop (the fridge in the room was a plus).

All.... location in town, breakfast was definitely okay, and the view of the lake was great.

Location is great! The staff were very helpful, breakfast was good and we liked having e-bikes available for a day trip around the lake. We enjoyed the pool too! Walking distance to the historic center. Beautiful sunsets! Would return and recommend to friends.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff!

The property was located in a great position to explore Umbria and Lago Tresimeno. The staff were friendly and very obliging through out our stay. Nice swimming pool with plenty of space. We enjoyed eating at the Pizzeria.

Service, staff, cleanliness, location and view

Silvia, Marco , Chiara and Cintia went out of the way to make us feel at home . Silvia gave us recommendations for the train tkt departing from Rome and made arrangements for someone to pick us up at the station . We were in the area for a family wedding and she was super helpful with all of our inquiries and needs . Excellent breakfast with delicious pastries and we had dinner twice at the restaurant and the food was great .

We had a comfortable room with a great bed and a patio. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. Nice and clean. Shower was lovely! Very friendly staff

The stay was great; we loved the area where the hotel is located and had a lovely breakfast. We traveled with our small dog, and the surroundings of the hotel were great for quick walks. We had a ground-floor room with an exit to the hotel gardens, where we saw bunnies too! The surrounding area is great for nature lovers—the lake at sunset is fairytale-like. There is also plenty of private parking available. I would have loved to explore the area more, but it was just a transit stay.

Friendly staff, very clean room, parking was close on the street. Food in the restaurant was very good definitely recommend having dinner there.
