Termoli was exactly what we hoped for.
Termoli was exactly what we hoped for. A delightful centro storico with winding streets and narrow alleyways overlooking the Adriatic. Across the street, where Iblu rooms is located, is the “new” town. It has a long pedestrian street and several side streets filled with restaurants and shops. Unfortunately we weren’t here long enough to really explore the rest of Termoli. I highly recommend you stay at Iblu rooms. Our room was brand new. It was compact but designed with space for all our bags. Rocco and his family couldn’t have been more helpful.Guest review byCynthiaUnited States - 4.0

I really dont’t think Campobasso have anything to offer for tourism. No old town, just a big city with a city center full of local people. I wouldn’t come back. But if you have to go the B&B was perfect!Guest review byLourdes MPuerto Rico - 8.0

The apartment was really nice and well appointed. it's lated on the fourth floor with no elevator. Not good if you have heavy luggage. The location would be excellent during the the high season but as we visited during off season, the area was pretty dead. Over all we would highly recommend it.Guest review byFurman - 8.0
AGNONE is great town and can be busy.
AGNONE is great town and can be busy. But like any other Italian town, Sundays are probably not the best time to go of you have limited time. As for the Masseria, it was a little further from the town than I would have like to be. The town is long, I.e. the old town one one side and the new town on the other. It’s walkable and each side has its own cafe. Restaurants are good but Italian dinner time is late and some are closed for “Il Pranzo” (lunch). Tow businesses of note are a pastaccieria (Labbate Mazziotta) for excellent baked goods and “DiNucci” for fresh mozzarella, ricotta and cheese. AGNONE has many churches and of note is St. Marks in the old part of town. AGNONE was once a center for coppersmiths. LaRamera is with a visit…very large with something for everyone including a small museum.Guest review byIazzettiUnited States - 10.0
The beach, the Microbar and numerous places to eat.
The beach, the Microbar and numerous places to eat. For 10euro you can get an excellent tuna or greek salad on the beach at lunchtime and the port is beautiful if you are lucky you can see the fishermen come in with their catch. Termoli is small but well worth a few days of your holiday specially if you walk round the castle and see the old streets with the tiny fishermens houses.Guest review byELAINEUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Beautiful town with wonderful attractions and people.
Beautiful town with wonderful attractions and people. The archeological museum is five stars. The medieval city and castle are fascinating. Plenty of food options. All at a fraction of the cost in the big cities- and safe!Guest review byDavidUnited States - 10.0
Agnone is a beautiful town in the mountains.
Agnone is a beautiful town in the mountains. We drove from Rome and it took 2.5 hours. Not a hard drive. The town is more lively than expected and is surrounded with beautiful countryside views. Home of the Marinelli Bell Foundry. More restaurant and gelaterias than I expected for a small town. We enjoyed the hike to the water fall 20 minutes outside town.Guest review byLisaUnited States - 10.0
Beautiful city, it was a very nice surprise for us.
Beautiful city, it was a very nice surprise for us. We stayed two days in total instead of one night only because our ferry to Tremiti was cancelled due to bad sea waves. So we had the chance to see more of this great city and it was a very nice surprise indeed. The city centre is very clean, monuments and streets nicely maintained and presented. We stayed in the historic centre, everything is easily reachable by walking distance. The castle and other museums were open till late night (perfect to explore after dinner). Several restaurants and bars for aperitivo and/or dinner with great menus and good prices. We recommend Spirito Divino for an aperitivo by the seaside overlooking the sunset. And Vecchio Stampo for an excellent meat dinner. The seaside and beach are beautiful, I would suggest to go to Cala Sveva beach club, or to the free beach just nearby.Guest review byFrancescaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The core of the old town is lovely, food, shops, locals all marvellous. The suburbs of Campobasso have, inevitably little to recommend them, but the city is easy to navigate, and has more fine views than you would expect. Restaurants outstanding.Guest review byPersianTeddyUnited Kingdom - 8.0

A lovely town in a beautiful part of the world - the vibe of the place is very friendly and laid back, we were made to feel very welcome wherever we went. Make time to walk around the town and especially to the park where you will get amazing 360 views of the surrounding area. A visit to the Marinelli bell foundry is a must as is a drink in the Irish Komby bar! The pizza restaurant just off the Main Street is a treat, fabulous pizzas at an amazing price - also try Laconda restaurant- lovely homemade food, again very reasonable.Guest review byJulieUnited Kingdom
