Beautiful hotel, and cat. Hosts are very kind and hospitable/accommodating. We arrived two hours late (didn’t see the check in time at first glance GPS looked a lot closer) but the host was nice enough to accept us anyway 🙏 real Italian hospitality here ☺️

What can I say, this stay was exceptional and the owner was beyond kind and sweet. The junior suite is luxurious and the breakfast was beyond my expectation considering how quaint the hotel is. We will stay again when our travels bring us back to Pordenone.

Wonderful luxury country hotel with lots of history and atmosphere. The hotel is family owned and we have been visiting for more than 20 years. The huge park is amazing. A big plus is the excellent restaurant with open air seating overlooking the park, candle light romantic setting, serving a variety of delicious meat and fish dishes, along with a great wine selection. The owner family and entire staff are charming and did everything to make our stay exceptional.

Who could guess that a gem like this could be found down a residential street near the train station? The kind and hard-working owners, Florina and Marian, have taken a abandoned hotel empty for 8 years and turned it into an incredible place. The rooms are comfy and stylish. The restaurant, featuring local recipes and ingredients, is amazing. The couple are consummate hosts, bending over backward to make your stay exceptional.

    This property is best described as a well-maintained, quintessential Italian stone building located in a peaceful and beautifully isolated location. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle, this place is perfect. It's on a small working farm with a 10 min walk down to the river and a 45-60 min. hike (of easy to moderate difficulty) to the Emerald Pools. The pools are swimmable, very cold (55-60ish degrees) and gorgeous! Francesco, the owners' son ran the business during our stay. He was very kind, professional AND the chef! The dinners he made were unique and delicious. Tip: This is a get-a-way where it's best to bring a book, playing cards, a boardgame and a swimsuit.

    Beautiful Agriturismo nestled between the mountains. It was very quiet and peaceful with an incredible view of the Friulian Dolomites around Barcis. The restaurant was excellent and had enough vegan sides for my partner to be happy. It was the perfect location to be able to drive to trailheads and start hikes in this less touristy Dolomites region. Lastly the Sauna on the property was incredible. It is a new wood fired Sauna and Marco will get it started for you if you text him 1 hr before you want to use it. It is a very large barrel sauna with a beautiful view overlooking the grassy field with the mountains in the distance.

    The hotel has done an upgrade since my last visit and my room was fantastic--not cramped, especially the bathroom, but well arranged. I appreciated the hot water pot, tea, and coffee, and the shower was handy. The breakfast was generous--two coffee machines, so there was never a wait, yogurt, bread and pastries, cold cuts, eggs, cereal, dried fruit, nuts, cheese, etc. but my favorite was the selection of fresh fruit.

    Lovely renovated country house in the middle of the fields. Very quiet, nice patio, modern rooms with everything necessary. The two ladies at the front desk were lovely, the breakfast was varied and delicious with homemade cakes. Only note, the hot water took quite a few minutes to run in the shower, I was about to think there was no hot water.

    If you want to hit multiple locations in Northern Italy and be near a populous that speaks English I think it will be hard to beat Pordenone. The city itself may not be a destination city but it's location to the Alps, Venice, Verona, Aviano AFB and other areas may prove beneficial.

    Maniago is a lovely little town located at the heals of the nearby mountains. There isn't too much to see, but you get the feeling of a small Italian town. You can go for hiking, or biking on the nearby pathways. Some excellent ice-cream can also be had. There are nice restaurants and cafes. Maniago is depending heavily on its industry, but all of it is located outside the town, you do not see any of it in the town itself.

    A pleasant little town to visit.

    A pleasant little town to visit. The venetian town centre, with the bell-tower, river and ducks is very nice. There are several places to eat at, and on Thursdays there is an open-air market in the centre, with local and regional produce on offer. There's also a good cheese shop in town.

    Aviano is conveniently located near the ski resort of Piancavallo. The town itself is small, but has a large number of restaurants. It is quite pleasant to sit at a cafe' in the main square with a view of the bell tower. In summer there are good hiking trails in the vicinity. I love the mountain views!

    Was raised in Pordenone 60 years ago, and went back to relive my first 8 years of my life in this beautiful city. Full of cultural heritage, Historical Ruins and Buildings. Small streets with old pebble stones and narrow streets, close your eyes and think of walking down a pebble stone street over a 100 years ago. Just the sound of hoarses pulling a carriage through the small pebble stone streets.

    The town is a wonderful, typical Italian town. Off-season there's no crowds. Historical archtecture and climate. For me perfect location close to the mountains in the North and the fantastic jewels of European Culture in the South (Venice) - all within 1-2 hrs drive reach. There's a good number of restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, cafes in the town. Cozy. Friendly. Not too crowded (end of Sept).

    A perfect place to stay away from the city. We had a change of plans and timing, so the host left instruction on how to get into our room, which was very helpful. Loved the views from the balcony. I can imagine how beautiful it is here during warmer months.

    Was raised in Pardenone over 60 years ago. Memories came back, it’s a beautiful place with charm, heritage, history and people had no problems helping me when l was a bit lost. I do recommend that if you want your nails or hair done, ask how much it costs, sadly, they will charge you double, so, ask before you have anything done. I truly recommend this beautiful place, so much charm and beauty. Lived there for 6 years, and wouldn’t mind living there again. Pordenone will be in my heart forever.

    Sacile has a lovely historic center.

    Sacile has a lovely historic center. We stayed here because we were unable to find a room In Pordenone for the Fair. It’s an easy 20 minute drive for Pordenone. The town center was a surprise, very pretty. Our B & B was on the outskirts , nice and quiet and easy to get to the freeway for Pordenone. I would stay there again.
