View was incredible, food was excellent, both breakfast & dinner.

Everything thing was excellent including breakfast and the staff was bery friendly and supportive enjoyed the stay and i would recomend this place even for a long stay

Chill Ville is breathtaking! It is a little further out from the center of Ella, but absolutely worth it. The cobbled stone steps and stunning garden, walking up to our private Villa, are magical. The infinity pool is perfectly situated with stunning views. Food and service were great! We would love to spend a week at the magnificent Chill Ville!

We enjoyed the amazing view, the hotel is just away from the noisy centre, a fabulous breakfast.

We spent a weekend here and loved it! The property is in a fantastic location, smack dab in the middle of the Haputale tea plantation. The morning views from our room balcony overlooking the Haputale Gap while having a cup of Ceylon tea were epic. Breakfast was amazing! They serve both Sri Lankan and Western breakfast with an amazing spread. Great quality as well. We had dinner there both nights and the food was excellent. They have their own vegetable garden to source from so the "farm to table" quality was amazing. Best of all, the staff is super helpful and friendly and gave us so much assistance and tips on seeing all the surrounding attractions. That's the warm, Sri Lankan hospitality that we really appreciated.

The garden is amazing, they have a lot of plants. Its in a cute location just outside of ella. And the staff was amazing. Especialy Nilaksh, Deshani and Shantha.

The location is great to get to everything in Ella including 9 arch bridge and the bars. Pool is a luxury In the heat as well. Loved it we extended our stay for another night and the staff were excellent about it.

Loved the beautiful view of the mountain right through our room. It was so scenic.

The best thing of the room was the beautiful mountain and waterfall view. Also the big yummy breakfast on the top floor with an open area, we enjoyed a lot the breakfast with the great view. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows very much. All the staff and then owner were very friendly and nice, especially the manager Dinesh he was very helpful and would make sure we were taken care of. He recommended us where to eat in town and showed us the way how we can walk from the little Adam’s Peak to the 9 Arche Bridge. We had a wonderful stay with no communication problem. I highly recommended to anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing — always kind, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel opened recently, so everything feels brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, and the views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. Getting to the city center is easy — a tuk-tuk ride costs between 800–1000 rupees. Highly recommended!

What a view!!! We were in awe as soon as we reached the guesthouse. The balcony and the view that comes with it is just spectacular.You will get such an amazing service, location and room for the price. All the necessary amenities were provided in Onestar (which in most guesthouses with this price don’t provide). Staff is so nicr and helpful. They carried our luggage down the stairs when we arrived and helped us solve a minor situation. They served nice, classic breakfast and we had it on our balcony with the view!
