This was my first time at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Very luxurious and well worth the stay. I would absolutely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again, and this was a great representation of the brand.

The place was just lovely: the rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, the parking was safe. There was a fitness room with an amazing view over the city and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Had a good variety and if you needed something extra the stuff was there to get it for you. Overall it was very good. Taste and quality wise was very good.

Casa Pepe is a restored 17th-century colonial mansion, located 328 feet from Puebla’s main square and cathedral. It offers free Wi-Fi, free continental breakfast and a La Cósmica Pulquería restaurant.... The staff is incredibly nice and there are a lot of thought out into organising tours, whether it is history, food or sports tour. The rooms are great, we had two shower room and a toilet in the room, that was great, you didn't have to leave the room in the middle of the night if you wanted to go to the toilet. The location is very handy as well, you are close to everything from the history center. And the price was very cheap. Highly recommend the Casa Pepe.

Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. Staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. The rooms were wide and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I even asked staff about the mattress manufacturer. The bathrooms were big and luxurious. They provide bath robes, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and a sewing kit. The daily chocolate almonds and the coffee/espresso machine in the room were a nice touch. The spa is really good as well as the swimming pool. The restaurant had a great variety of foods and drinks. The waiters were extremely helpful and nice as well, always ready to assist. It was truly an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely come back!

I Liked the Staff, the temperature of the pool and how clean the room was , I would like they left more towels in our room and more products as Soap it was not enough as I was traveling with my husband and son , and maybe if the duvet could be less cold it would be fantastic
