Bangkok is a massive city that is almost too big and overwhelming. (I'm a native New Yorker). There are a couple of great landmarks and tourist spots worth seeing once. (Grand Palace and Wat Pho). Some are worth a second visit. (Wat Arun). Taking the ferry up and down the Chao Phraya river is fun. Chinatown is cool and has great food. There are killer cocktail bars all over the city but a few on one block near Chinatown. Two days is enough. If your planning a trip to Thailand it worth seeing but not worth basing a vacation around. However, the cocktail bars themselves are enough to get me to come back when I return to Thailand.Guest review byTaylorUnited States - 10.0
A must see in Thailand.
A must see in Thailand. All the numerous temples are gorgeous and are a feast for the eyes. The city is very well-designed and you'll have no trouble getting everywhere on foot. The taxis are very cheap. The city smells good, looks good and is full of very polite people. I'd recomment visiting Kat's cafe as one of the best eateries in the city.Guest review byArseniyRussia - 8.0

The line of restaurants was really nice but regarding the beach, it’s over crowded with agents trying to sell beach activities so there wasn’t a peaceful space where you could just chill and actually go take a swim at the beach which was a bit disappointingGuest review byNatashaUnited Arab Emirates - 8.0
Has lots to offer depending on needs.
Has lots to offer depending on needs. An active, crowded, busy central bar/night club, massage, food carts area, malls, market, beach, and a more quiet relaxed outside area with all the new condo buildings. People are very nice and tolerant of communication differences. Must see the Art in Paradise exhibit. Walk around the Pattaya City sign, Walking Street, Tree Town area, and light house area. Lots of touristy, high cost exhibits, places to visit that I didn't partake in. Lots of opportunity to just walk the town.Guest review byBrendaUnited States - 10.0

Koh Tao is still one of the few raw escapes in Thailand in my opinion, its divers and back packers heaven. However as a father with 2 kids in my forties i absolutely loved it. If you step away from the busy areas and off the beaten track you can find amazing coves and hiden gems still. The tourism all over the world has killed so much of our wildlife and reefs. The locals are definitely trying to do all they can to save it. Brilliant food, amazing views and a fun island.Guest review byDominicUnited Kingdom - 4.0
The strip of sand is overlooked by a busy road and shops.
The strip of sand is overlooked by a busy road and shops. Very little shelter from the sun and on-shore winds whip up waves and churn the water to a very unappealing colour. Plenty of bars and places to eat locally - but very few truly "Thai" owned/run. LOTS of Indian restaurants! Ao Nang beach is a beach from which you depart to visit much nicer places!!Guest review byMr M to you.Malaysia - 8.0
Chaweng is a beautiful destination for a chill out holiday
Chaweng is a beautiful destination for a chill out holiday The Jungle Tour is definitely worth doing & don't be afraid to barter the price Lots of eateries with great selection of food to choose from Fishermans Market is very pretty at night & there are bargains to be had If you hire a car or scooter - by careful if you like to dabble in the Green because the Police will pull you over & you will get a hefty fine - not worth it - grab a taxi or the local rides (which are cheap)Guest review byRuth WalkerUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Old town is lovely romantic.
Old town is lovely romantic. Don’t miss the Sunday market the food options are endless and all delicious. I favoured Michelangelos bar as the staff treated me like family. And several nearby restaurants served some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. A lot to do in old town but be sure to also visit the beaches. I would stay near the beach and visit old town when not on the beachGuest review byRobertUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Hua Hin is a charming coastal town in Thailand with a relaxed vibe and clean beaches. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway, offering a mix of seaside fun and cultural spots. The night markets are lively, with great food and local crafts. Traffic is calmer compared to bigger Thai cities, making it easy to explore. Overall, it’s a peaceful yet vibrant place to unwind.Guest review byAmrishIndia
