Everything was perfect!!! I left cash in the safety box when I checked out. But the housekeeping kept it safely and returned it to me the next day when I revisited hotel. I really appreciate it.

Location is great for people that wanna stay away from Clifton Hill activities. Also when booking this place make sure you select main tower and not tower B. Main tower is renovated.

It was a great location, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice hotel, especially for the price. I'm not sure why they've gotten so many negative reviews. Maybe not negative, but lower ratings. When I read through before I came I noticed that it was all good about the staff, but just complaints about old carpet. But they are in the process of updating, and it's not bad to begin with. Again, especially for the rate. It's very affordable. They have a IHOP right in the building, and so if you get hungry at night you can go eat there. I think they open at 7:00 a.m. and they're open until pretty late. They have live music playing.

We loved the room, the view because it was a plus in our honeymoon we got to see the fireworks at night.

Me and my family stayed there for one night and it was perfect. Comfortable, clean and all the good things. Staff was amazing at check in and check out. Lisa and Adriana were VERY helpful and kind. 100% recommended.

The size of the room was bigger than i expected. The overall hotel was nicer than I expected. We chose a balcony room to watch the fireworks and it was perfect for that. Parking was easy too.

We upgraded to the 42nd floor and the views were magnificent. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make you feel at home

The convenience of where it was!! Close to the Falls, and all the excitement. The front desk staff Giagam,Tammy Agatha. They sure made you feel right at home!! They were always a welcome sight, willing to go the “extra mile”to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable! Keep up your great “hospitality”, the world needs more caring people like you all !!!

This hotel offers great value for the price. It’s conveniently located near the center of the Clifton area, with several Indian restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.
