- From $539.21 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 449 reviewsWe had an amazing stay at Surfsand Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and taken care of. The staff was super friendly and kind, and it was such a nice surprise to get a free welcome drink at check-in! There are always hot drinks available in the lobby—hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and apple cider. Such a cozy little bonus, especially after being out in the fresh air. Our room was super clean and felt newly renovated. We loved the comfy bathrobes, the big bathtub, and the fireplace—it all made the stay extra cozy. Plus, we had a beautiful view of Haystack Rock right from our room! One of the best parts was how close the beach is—less than a 2-minute walk, which is amazing, especially with kids. We also booked the beach bonfire for $50, and it was such a fun experience. The staff set everything up and gave us everything for s’mores—sticks, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate. It was the perfect beach night! There’s also a warm indoor pool and a hot tub on site, which our kids loved and we really enjoyed too. Honestly, this hotel feels like the most budget-friendly option in the area, but it delivers 100% and even more. Great value for the price. We stayed with our two kids and loved everything—no complaints at all. We’ll definitely be back!Guest review byAngelinaRussia
- From $347.84 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 1,047 reviewsThe room was so comfy and adorable! We loved how big and thoughtfully designed the bathroom was. The spa tub and shower were both huge and we loved them. It was nice that the toilet area had a separate door for extra privacy, which was helpful while we were both getting ready for a wedding. We loved the fireplace and all the extra touches provided. We were pleasantly shocked the available DVD choices in the DVD library! So many new releases and popular movies. It felt as comprehensive as a Blockbuster, and honestly better than any options in a single streaming service. This hotel is low key, while also being perfect for a romantic getaway. We enjoyed the general vibe of the grounds, and the bunnies. I saw a review before booking that someone felt like the hotel was like summer camp for adults, and I completely agree, but in the best way!Guest review byevaIceland
- From $111.38 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 2,236 reviewsWe had so much fun there. We could listen to the ocean waves from inside the room or on the small balcony. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the sunsets were spectacular. We were able to save a little money by cooking our own breakfasts in the unit. It had a kitchenette complete with dinnerware,, pans and utensils.. The weather was cool and rainy so we didn't get in the water. We're looking forward to a summer or fall visit to spend more time on the beach. It was a great experience.Guest review byAttebery

Great city, a bit gritty but loads to do, homeless situation is challenging like most cities. The neighborhoods in Portland are vibrant, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, food trucks with amazing food options.Guest review byGrahamUnited States - 4.0
Bend has changed a lot over the years since my first time...
Bend has changed a lot over the years since my first time there 30+ years ago. Then I would consider it the mecca of Oregon. Now, it's over populated, traffic is horrible and it's totally lost its charm. The Portland/Vancouver area has just as much to offer outdoor-wise and it's 3 hours closer to the coast, though Portland in particular has horrible traffic problems.Guest review byJamesUnited States - 8.0

I liked that Lincoln City had enough hotels and restaurants to choose from and the Outlets that I did not visit this time although have in the past, I liked the beaches, and loved going to the Alder House glass blowing place to watch a vase being made. I also like that it is very close to Depoe Bay.Guest review byDebraUnited States - 10.0
Always tons of fun thing to do.
Always tons of fun thing to do. The beach was clean, as always. The carrousel is a little short ride for the price, but that was another fun thing. Stores, restaurants and more all within walking distance of each other. Great family beach.Guest review bySol&LuisitoUnited States - 10.0
Hope to be back.
Hope to be back. Had a fine stay at the Newport Belle sternwheeler and wonderful visit to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The Bayfront area was fun, especially the sea lions. Wasn’t able to hit many of the recommended restaurant options so have to return.Guest review byRobertUnited States - 8.0

Came for the Prefontaine Classic. The highlight was reconnecting with Pre's sister, Linda. Saw two world records. Seats were good, but quite expensive. Also got to visit an old friend. Overall, a good two days.Guest review bydavid petersonUnited States - 8.0

Medford itself is a middle sized city with all the stores you might wish for but not a lot of character that I could see in the downtown area. However, it makes an excellent affordable launching pad for exploring the nearby artisan colony/ Shakespeare festival in Ashland and the nearby wine country in surrounding areas. We are at Ruby's (good burritos and burgers) and Rooted (plant based delicious food). Would definitely come again.Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

Salem is quite small and unfortunately the state capitol was undergoing building work (it's one of the main sights). Not too many shops and restaurants downtown but the ones I went too were very good. Good place for a couple of days visit.Guest review bySimonUnited Kingdom - 2.0

Nothing I did not have what I needed at hotel 6. No fridge, microwave, or coffee pot. Bad lobby coffee. I was on 2nd floor coffee was downstairs. No elevator. I have MS hard to walk. Other guests were complaining for the same reason. Thin awful blanket on bed hardly any linens. One bar of soap only.Guest review bySalinas - 10.0

We loved the Maritime Museum and the fact that you could leave, go do something else, and then come back before they closed. We loved the walkability by the water and really enjoyed the scenery. We met a nice couple, who were volunteers, at the Finnish display by the Maritime Museum. They were very friendly and informative. Our trip was short so we definitely will be back.Guest review byTeresaUnited States
