- From $380.71 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 4,380 reviewsThe location is pretty great, we drove like 45 mins to an hour to the park, but honestly the route is great and enjoyable so we didn't care about the drive. The hotel staff was super nice, they share tips and give you recommendations to visit the park. Room was a good size for 2 people. Parking is pretty big so we would find space. The restaurant had good food, (try the pesto pasta), and there is a deli store where you can buy food or snacks, and coffee. I think overall it was a GREAT stay and I would definitely come back again.Guest review byArielArgentina
- From $302.20 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 715 reviewsWe loved autocamp - we stayed overnight on our way into Yosemite Valley and it was the perfect stopover (though a longer stay here would have been lovely!! We were sad to leave!) We stayed in an airstream which was such a fantastic experience - so comfortable, spacious and cosy. Our only regret was we didn't have longer!Guest review byStephanieAustralia
- From $270.99 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 5.7Fair - What previous guests thought, 86 reviewsAn amazing and magical place in the foothills of Sierras. If you look for an old-style / rustic place with some character don’t look further. No your luxury brand hotel amenities, but it is in the heart of the region and has a good restaurant/ bar for reasonable priced food options.Guest review byAliUnited States

We loved the raw beauty of the mountains, lakes and geologic features in the area. We didn't bring or rent bikes, but will the next time. An e-bike would be great for riding up to the Mammoth Lakes and touring the whole area. We will be back again, possibly during ski season as well.Guest review bySTEVENUnited States - 8.0

This was an ideal stopover after flying into Fresno, being just 1hr from the airport, 30 mins from Mariposa Grove and 1.5hr from Yosemite Valley. We were in a motel room and not a cabin. The room and bed were very comfortable for our one night stay.Guest review byDavalibugUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The restaurants were good but we were there on Memorial Day and found out the first day we needed reservations. Our best meals were at 1850 (reservations) and the Pizza Factory (they don't take reservations). Castillo's Mexican was pretty bad. Would not recommend.Guest review byJan - 8.0
The pools are great! The restaurant is AWFUL!
The pools are great! The restaurant is AWFUL! I'd rather eat my shoe than eat at that restaurant! The bar/grill are ok, certainly better than the restaurant, but that is speaking relatively... The store is very nice, offering a good variety of snacks and drinks. The location is very good, just a few miles away from the Yosemite entrance. The staff were friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean, and, thankfully, the AC worked well (it was 109 degrees when we were there!). The bathroom lights turned on automatically whenever someone entered the room, which we didn't like, and would have liked a way to turn that feature off.Guest review byNeckmanUnited States - 10.0

The very clean rooms, more than helpful staff and dining access on the property were the most important to my group of three. In addition, the attached balcony was perfect for an evening spent winding down from the trip. The meals we had were cooked exactly as asked and were very good as well. At the time of our visit, the pool was not yet open for the season and would have been welcome by our group.Guest review byChisum - 10.0

We had a great time here, the staff, location and facilities were excellent. Our only disappointment was not staying longer. We are a family of 5, our kids are 15, 12 and 8, they all loved it here and we would definitely return.Guest review byAdam ParsonsUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Lee Vining is a cool small town with a vintage vibe.
Lee Vining is a cool small town with a vintage vibe. It has a couple of great casual restaurants, shops with local Yosemite / Eastern Sierra themed merchandise, fishing/hiking gear and a gas station. It is the ultimate gateway stay for a trip into Yosemite National Park.Guest review bySandraUnited States - 8.0
Small town about an hour out of Yosemite.
Small town about an hour out of Yosemite. We didn't leave our cabin except to drive up to Yosemite so we didn't really experience the town. Hadn't taken this route into Yosemite before so was delighted to find the drive from Midpines into the valley to be really beautiful.Guest review byCatherineUnited States - 10.0

Would highly recommend to anybody who loves nature and hiking, and wants to avoid having to drive into Yosemite Valley + find parking everyday. There's a few nice restaurants within Curry Village, including a bar (get the smashed burger), a pizza stall, and a dining hall-style canteen. There's also a small grocery store and outdoor gear store where you can buy anything you forgot to bring on the trip. Overall, a wonderful location that I would definitely stay in again.Guest review byAnton Rahul ObordoUnited States - 10.0
June Lake features some of the best fishing on the planet!
June Lake features some of the best fishing on the planet! From Lake fishing to creek and river fishing, there are a lot of choices. Additionally, the hiking is amazing, with entrances to the JMT and PCT with access to some amazing alpine lakes and sights. Don't expect Aspen Colorado! June is quaint and laid back - perfect for a "slow it down" break from life's crazy speed.Guest review byTysonUnited States
