The staffs are really helpful and nice! The hotel first serving welcome drinks and fruits and later with the help of hotel staffs to bring the luggage up to the room with explanations. Room was clean and spacious.

The location is perfect in the heart of District 1, everything is in the walking distance (around 1 km), while the surrounding is very local with the vendors and street food, cafe, tec. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The bed and pillows are very comfy. Shower and aircon are superb, too. But the spotlight is on the breakfast lady, Ms. Hoa (Fleur). She takes good care of every single guests during their meal with her excellent English, French (and Vietnamese, of course), and being attentive to any small details. The simple home-made breakfast but very fresh and healthy, plus the management of Ms. Hoa, would be compared to a 5 star experience.

Very good location, and a very good family that runs the hotel . It's located exactly next to 7/11 where almost every daily use items are available. Also next to it is a bike rental shop if you are interested. The street next to it is very very loud with clubs and bars but we could not hear anything when we were sleeping in the hotel room.

    It was my first trip to Vietnam and New World Saigon was the first place I stayed. I booked a residence club room and it was excellent. The personnel was very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast , coctail hour drinks and food amazing! I also used the swimming pool which was very nice. I had such a good start to my travel in Vietnam thanks to New World Saigon experience, I decided to end my trip there and stayed another two nights at the end of my trip😁 Thanks Hoa, Thuy, Uv, Nhi, Thu and everyone that I cannot remember the name of🙄

    The whole experience from booking reservations, check-in welcome by the staff, and the attention to details. We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and they specifically prepared welcome gifts for us. We felt pampered as the staff was very warm and welcoming. The hotel was elegant and luxurious and peaceful. The dining experience from a Da Vittorio dinner and the breakfast buffet at the Cardinal was superb and the food was excellent and delicious in all aspects.

    The design of the hotel and especially the design of the room and all the wood work is beautiful. It is one of the coolest/stylish hotels I have ever stayed in and such a gem to find it in Vietnam. I tried the spa with the property and it was excellent.

    It was just another city in many ways but we did enjoy the markets. Cafe apartments are worth a visit but the food was disappointing on a Saturday night with multiple cafes sold out of food? Don’t go to Decoration Street - it was suggested on an instagram reel I saw. Seriously… avoid!!

    Lots to do and see!

    Lots to do and see! Saigon Opera house is always showcasing great theatrical performances and I watch the Bamboo Circus. walking down all of the streets as well as the history of the vietnam people, the war time locations.

    Great escape from the bustling city of Saigon, only 1.5hrs traveling by motorbike ... Many historical sites to dive into, plenty of serene countryside rice fields & bumpy offroad trails to explore ... If seeking accommodations, be sure to check out Les Hameaux de l'Orient :)

    I really liked this city, there's so much to do and it is so...

    I really liked this city, there's so much to do and it is so cheap. Be careful of getting in taxis, use the app Grab, I was ripped off twice when I first got there by taxi drivers, once at the airport and a second time by working on meters, we are talking the difference between paying 1milion vietnamese compared with paying 40,000 on the app. Other than that I had a great time and would definitely go again.
