Resorts in Mürren

Total peace & quiet was assured from the moment we parked up, hopped on the gondola and walked the five minutes to our hotel. Plus it’s a James Bond location….

Breakfast was simple but tasty, but the view in the breakfast room of the mountains is exceptional and with every penny. Our rooms balcony view was also spectacular. Our room was cozy and very clean, our check in was super easy (our key was left out on the desk for us with instructions), and we were happy to find out we could go swimming for free nearby. Murren is an absolute gem of a place that although it is very complex to reach , it is well worth the trek and highly recommended

Close to cable car, friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful views!

Location, view, cosiness, breakfast, but the best of it.. the staff

Beautiful mountain view if you upgrade room. They have a meet and greet event which you meet the owners. Nice staff. Great amazing breakfast if you get it included. It's right across the cable car. Pool with a view. Service fast and great. Generous hotel cart service to and from the other station

I absolutely loved this place. Obviously mürren is possibly the nicest village in the Swiss Alps but the murren palace is a gem. Massive history and now refurbished beautifully. Stayed in the modern block room 111 with two kids and it was fantastic. Very spacious, bunk beds for the kids, lovely facilities. Amazing views. The bar area was great, breakfast was very good. And of course it's in murren...

The apartment is comfortable and very well stocked. The location was wonderful, with views off the balcony and right in the center of Murren. Lael was so friendly and helpful.

Central location, very helpful staff, comfortable rooms,

It's an amazing place to stay and enjoy the beautiful viewpoints The staff were fantastic people I definitely recommend this lovely sonnenberg

We have just completed a four day stay with our adult granddaughters. We enjoyed our home in the mountains and had a blast! The roomie apartment was beautiful and felt like you were at home in the middle of town. It was fun to watch everyone walk up and down the main street across the garden. Jeannette was an outstanding hostess and was born for problem-solving and making others feel comfortable!

View from patio is outstanding. Clean and friendly.

Location, view, and majestic beauty!

Amazing views! Lots of seating, inside and outside, to chill. Friendly staff.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Private, quiet (minus the lovely sound of waterfalls and bells), and a retreat away from the touristy centers. Basic yet comfortable amenities and space for a family of 4. Prepared meals in the kitchen, plenty of sitting areas, furnace works great on cool nights, comfortable beds. On-site parking and walkability to the affiliated restaurant where the staff will treat you with special attention. We have been to the Lauterbrunnen area 4x but our first stay in Stechelberg. Conflicted recommending to others yet also keeping it a secret.

Hosts were exceptional, view was great. All staff Dani, Louisa were very welcoming and helpful. Dani even hosted a wine and cheese tasting which is a first for me!

View, room & bathroom, view, access to hiking trails. Easy access from tram.

The amazing views from our balcony

The quality of the mattresses and bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, making it a standout feature of the hotel. 4. Stunning Views: The views from the hotel windows were breathtaking. Whether it was the serene landscape or the bustling cityscape, the picturesque scenery added a special touch to the stay, making it even more memorable. 5.
