The view was absolutely stunning. I even did a reel with it " This is my view today.. How was yours" And I strongly believe the room was upgraded. Reserved a double classic room but got a double panorama room instead! Insanely beautiful panorama view I have to say! The breakfast comes with many choices. We definitely kickstart the days with happy tummy from the yummy breakfast! The Room Janitor did an excellent job in tidying up the room meticulously, arranging our all over the place open luggage so that we can more spacious walk areas and even changed our wet slipper and gave us a new pair! The outdoor and indoor pool was enjoyable especially when it was a rainy day with bad weather and low visibility to go up the mountain and the jacuzzi was so so so relaxing! Awesome! High recommended to all! Definitely booking again next time!

Location and staff service was exceptional.

Everything! Lobby, room, staff, breakfast, environment and cleaning were all perfect! Even I could not use all facilities, room was so clean, spacious and there was everything we need. It was like a 5 star stay btw.

The balcony is the highlight—it offers a perfect spot where you can enjoy a direct view of the Matterhorn.

The staff was incredibly helpful with every request. They even prepared a go-away lunch for me on my final day. I highly recommend staying here!

TOP NOTCH staff, rooms, spa facilities= everything. Unbelievable professional, amazing staff and attitude- they make you feel so special all the time. Everything is immaculately sparkling clean and fresh. Spa is super modern and truly beautiful. Amazing breakfast variety and quality food. There is something really special about this place, staff, it's owners and how they run it. TRUE PLEASURE just to be there. Can't wait to come back.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the location. It is just a 4 minutes walk from the Zermatt station. Very convenient. Nice environment.

Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

The hotel’s location is perfect - near the main street but quieter. The room (Junior suite) was spacious and comfortable and had a very nice view of the Matterhorn. The hotel room was perfectly clean and had everything needed. The hotel staff and owners are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very nice and always smiling staff. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, breads, types of egg preparations, ham, cheese, and pastries. The hotel offers spa and wellness facilities, modern gym, and a heated swimming pool. Perfect after a day hike. Great hospitality and a charming hotel. Look forward to my next visit!

Great location , lovely staff very helpful and very kind good service mind, breakfast was on point we enjoy breakfast so much. Room is super clean lovely we fell in love and we would love to recommend others to come stay!!!

Matterhorn view from room and balcony, we could enjoy the view of Matterhorn every time everywhere of room. We had two bed rooms and living room. The room was clean and large, the bathroom was small but it’s clean.

Such a beautiful hotel! And the staff were outstanding! I was upgraded to the best room! A unbelievable view on the Matterhorn… with the morning sunlight!! I can’t wait to return! And what a surprise… a bath tub!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, the décor was lovely, and everything was clean and well maintained. The facilities were great, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel had an amazing breakfast each morning, the family room was perfect for my teens and the communication was incredible. Also lovely staff and spa!

Hotel concierge and lounge is stylish. Room is modern, clean and well maintained. View from balcony is the majestic Matterhorn. Arm chairs provided in the room and balcony as well, so you can admire the gorgeous view either side. Love it very much Service from concierge is perfect. Hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from Zermatt station. They provide free shuttle to the hotel from the station so it’s hassle free especially with the luggages . Just need to inform hotel when you are coming from Tasch and their response are fast. Anyway there’s no problem walking from the village to the hotel, there are plenty of shops and restaurant to visit along the way Very grateful that hotel staff deco the room for our wed anniversary. As mentioned in my other review, not all hotel made the effort to set the room for their guest. Very much appreciated
