Mega delicious food. Clean rooms. Beach is close and clean. Nice personel. Warm water in the pool even in May. Entertainments for kids.

The room is very comfortable, there is a good air conditioning system, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast

We really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff. The hotel is also in a very good location, allowing easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, we visited the hotel off-season and were not able to take advantage of the outdoor pools and the nearby beaches during our stay. A hotel with a pleasant design.

I reserved this room for my mom and aunts and this is what they had to say: I’d like to share my best memorable time spent in Cyprus January 25-30. The stay was crowned by Hotel Constantinos, which met all our needs in every way, especially the catering system which exceeded all our expectations. We shared both breakfast and dinner, we didn’t need to go out in search of exotic dishes.my special thanks to Murtaz at the restaurant. I want to emphasize the service at indoor swimming pool and sauna. I can call this time spent with my peers one of the best times of our lives. Thank you

What an incredible stay! This hotel is spotless and the customer service is truly outstanding. Savoulla, the reception manager is fantastic, she goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has the best possible experience. Her team, Jonny, Katherina, and Roza, are equally great, always warm and attentive. Maria, the restaurant manager, is a gem. She made my stay extra special by sending wine and dessert to my room and personally ensuring my dietary needs were met with care and kindness. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony, overlooking the sea, is simply breathtaking. I also loved the morning aquabic class, which added a fun and refreshing start to the day. The beach right in front of the hotel is the best in Cyprus, immaculately clean and never overcrowded, with a long walking trail. Just a short walk up the street from the hotel, you'll find a great selection of restaurants, pubs, and shops. If you’re up for exploring, within a 10–15 minute drive you can find other interesting beaches, tavernas, villages and towns, including the vibrant Ayia Napa.

Clean, great food and staff . Before booking this place I was a little bit worried as many reviewers left a lot of negative reviews however went with my guts...oh man I was so right. This place is a real gem,clean,neat,the staff could not do enough making sure everyone is enjoying a proper holiday and on top of this THE FOOD ... oh it was a delighthfull experience really close to fine dining and realized that all that negative reviews were actually people with no culinary knowledge and not well intended. A special thanks to Yiangos ,Ivo ,Emil , the blonde girl from reception and the girl from aquapark were very nice, professional and made our stay a memorable one.

Exceptional service! Since the hotel could not provide us twin beds that we have requested, we got an upgrade to a bigger 2 room apt free of charge! The people go the extra mile to make you enjoy the vacation. Food is on a five star level, 8 day stay, and we discovered new local delicacies daily until the very last day of our stay. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach of your choice in Protaras. The driver is very friendly and is always there to assist in exploring the surroundings. The rest of the staff also earned our respect and gratitude. Will visit again 100%!

A brand new hotel, not a big one! Superb location on the most beautiful bay, with great sea life and still water, great for snorkeling. The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was amazing, staff super friendly! Best service we have experienced so far, special thanks to Panaiotis at the restaurant

Overall, wonderful experience. Staff were friendly. The owner, Mrs. Lisa and her family, were so welcoming. we felt at home. The hotel is well maintained. it's 10/10 for everything, from location to cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Pool good. The hotel is located on beachfront, so we had nice morning walks. We enjoyed an entertainment night at the hotel. We booked for massages at the spa. The ambiance was so relaxing, specially Fatima who took very good care of us two days on a row. I will definitively visit again.

The Staff are so friendly and helpful, our room view was exceptional, the breakfast was so delicious with a big food variety, the location was great, calm and close to protaras center, the facilities were great, and they have a free parking which was great too, we had a great time all in all. It was nice and good overall, but there were some “small” nuances that did not allow me to give it 10 points. For example, the restaurant and dinner schedule was not easy to find. When we asked the staff, they told us to check the big PC monitor in the main hall, but the monitor had not been working for more than 24 hours. There was no other way to find this information… It is also not allowed to sit on the sunbeds after 18:00. Why? There were no explanations. And there were many other similar discrepancies that spoiled the overall good impression. My general feeling was that the hotel staff were too tired to do their job properly.

A nice sandy beach, comfortable and modern rooms, helpfull staff, fantastic food and beutyfull hotel area.

Very big rooms & value for money! The hotel has an adults only pool area and a regular pool, there is a great kids club with a nice team. During the day there is a lot of activities and especially in the evening, it was so fun! Good for families. The location is great! No texi needed, 3 minutes from the beach. The breakfast is very nice and fresh. We stayed in October which was a nice time. Also, there is a small Amusement park 10 minutes walk

Absolutely spotless – by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Every detail is taken care of and the whole property feels fresh and well maintained. The staff are professional and friendly, making the experience even better. Honestly, I don’t understand why this hotel is not rated 5 stars already – it truly deserves it.

We stayed in the Royal Suite, and it was incredible. The view of the sea was incredible, and the hotel is right next to it. The staff was incredibly helpful, and offered suggestions for food and things to see when we asked. We also tried the spa and it was the best we've tried thus far in our weekend getaways. Would highly recommend Sunprime to anyone!
