An Unforgettable Stay – Truly the Best Hotel Experience! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The front desk was especially impressive – they organized everything flawlessly and made sure every detail was taken care of. The food was excellent – high quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a pleasure. The pools and the beach were simply magnificent – clean, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. The setting was breathtaking, and it felt like paradise every single day. This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can’t wait to come back!

I had the best time staying here — from the moment I arrived, I instantly felt like part of the family. I came planning to stay only a few days but ended up making it my home for a whole month! The vibes are unbeatable, and the hospitality is truly personal. The unique open-air “glamping” huts were an amazing experience — waking up each morning to warm Caribbean weather, fresh breezes, and a lush Garden of Eden right outside my door was unforgettable. Some of my favorite memories include BBQs and amazing shared meals with people I’ll never forget, relaxing days at the beach, horse riding, quad adventures, and countless fun times in the pool and at the bar. Every day brought something special. If you love nature, peace, and being surrounded by the kindest hosts, this is the place for you. Couldn’t recommend it more — absolutely worth a visit

    The food was great. Often food at all-inclusive resorts is mediocre, but the food here was worth coming back for. We didn't have one bad meal while here. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were very clean.

    Beautiful grounds. Swim-up rooms were great. The lagoon next to the hotel was the perfect place to swim. The El Beso part of the resort was fantastic, especially the adults-only restaurant on the beach. The lobby is beautifully designed and has a fascinating architectural concept, and the lobby bar and piano bar were really elegant. The buffets were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort.

    Excellent food, drink and service. small tips go a long way. I'm glad I did not let the few negative reviews sway me. I'm used to traveling in luxury hotels. While this isn't a luxury resort by any stretch it is rather great for an all inclusive. I am planning on returning. I also highly recommend the platinum upgrade. Totally worth it.
