Honestly, everything was wonderful except for one issue. When I arrived at the hotel, I was supposed to check in at 3:00 PM, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do so until around 5:00 PM. This delay was quite frustrating, as I believe check-in should happen exactly at the scheduled time. That being said, I truly loved the staff — they were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and always welcomed us with a smile. The food was also excellent, the atmosphere was great, and overall, everything else was absolutely wonderful.

Check in was great Pauline explained everything. Room was clean, very nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home. Toaster, Tea Pot. Refrigerator and stove for cooking. Only fault I found was the shower drainage system. Water takes time to go down ddainqqqq

However over all this was my first experience at sandals and it was a wonderful one at that. the property was amazing. the staff was always warm and helpful. i would like to mention some persons who made my stay extra special. Andrew the piano player Kemoy My taxi driver who picked us up from the airport. I will be back at another sandals in the near future.
