Unique and beautiful hotel with very attentive and helpful staff. The style of the hotel was stunning, very cool to wander and explore, and the pools were relaxing and warm. Our room was on the 13th floor with a balcony and ocean view. Love the layout of the hotel with the courtyard in the middle. Food was amazing and Liz our concierge was super helpful! This hotel is an easy bus ride into zona romantica! So convenient!

Friendliness. Everyone went out of their way to make sure you were having a pleasurable stay. The cabana helpers set up our cabana, kept the shade on us, our cups full of merriment (alcohol). The waiters kept the coffee coming, smiles for miles. Security is top notch. I had another stay at a different hotel here and security was scary. But not here. Everything was fantastic. Alejandra with concierge services was the best. She checked in everyday to see if there was anything we needed each day to make our stay as perfect as possible. My wife unfortunately left behind her watch, well Alejandra is boxing it up as I type this to get it out to us. If you visit stop by and say hello to her she'll make sure your stay is amazing. Thank you Alejandra.

We had an incredible stay to finish off our trip in Mexico. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. One person who stood out was Joaquin! During our stay we had a variety of options of where to eat but we found ourselves always wanting to go to the buffet where Joaquin was. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with food and out stay. We will be coming back and are hoping to see him upon our return.

This has been one of the most comfortable, welcoming, stress free stays I’ve had in a while. upon entering we were exceptionally well taken care of. Every staff member was well informed, so kind, and made the entire stay so much more enjoyable. the ambiente was excellent, great food and drinks and the view from this hotel is breathtaking.

    This all-inclusive really is designed to meet the needs of everyone who stays here. To start, the food is incredible. I always recommend trying any soup they have and all the fresh fruit. You are always met with a welcoming smile and a reusable bottle to keep hydrated. I have stayed at this resort three times now and have never once been disappointed. I promise this will be a stay to remember.

    Great little economical all inclusive resort. A great way to enjoy the beach and sun without spending as much as at larger places. The buffet food was surprisingly good, although it would have been nice to have more fruit at all meals (only offered at breakfast). We only ate at the seated restaurant once and it was a great meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size for the resort and the little shallow kids’ area was nice to have.
