The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The beach was great and where we spent the majority of our time although the pools were also amazing with 3 to choose from. The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was absolutely astounding and like no other buffet I have ever experienced. Would highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful relaxing stay.

Everything was amazing! We had the most enjoyable time. Although we were a couple and booked our stay in the family side - Al Waha - we had just as much fun. The lazy river was an absolute blast. Whenever you spent your time at the pool or at the beach, you could order yourself a free cooler filled with ice and bottled water. There were lots of activities and games for kids and we loved seeing so many happy faces. Housekeeping was fantastic. Mani and Abinav took excellent care of us and always provided us with everything we needed. The service of the concierge was fantastic as well. We also booked a shuttle bus to specific locations at no extra cost. The hotel had shuttles running daily, morning and afternoon. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Shangri-La Barr Al Jissa.
