The cleanliness left a lot to be desired - the floors didn’t seem to have been cleaned in quite some time, and the iron, although working, looked very worn. The oven, stove, and hood hadn’t been cleaned at all. Also, it would be helpful to provide at least one power adapter, considering most guests are probably international and European plugs differ, we were lucky to have brought our own. Additionally, some of the power outlets in the apartment were not working, which made it a bit inconvenient when charging devices.

The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need, really convenient and well thought out. The terrace is very spacious and such a pleasant place to relax. The location is also great: about a 20-minute walk to the beach, or just a few steps away from a bus stop

Large and comfortable, but still unexpensive apartment near the center of Larnaca. Good wi-fi, very large supermarket nearby. The hospitality of Kostas, the owner, is incredible. The only disadvantage - it's a bit far from the touristic centre of the city, if on foot.

Location was great, just a stroll to the the centre and promenade, apartment was spacious and comfortable, we were there only 1 short night. Costas was fabulous and offered a paid shuttle from the bus station and to the airport. No power adaptors so have one ready if you want to charge your phone.

Apparently, the moment you enter the studio, everything seems flawless. The bathroom is very dirty, they didn't clean after the last customers. There were traces of urine and hairs on the toilet, hairs in the shower cabin, the window was never wiped, the cup in which you put your toothbrushes has not been washed for at least a month. Dirty refrigerator, yellowed bed sheets. On the terrace, the umbrella is half broken. I'm sorry, as in a location where the design is beautiful, the location is very good, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I was afraid to wipe myself with the towels, I am not convinced that they were sanitized

It is very close to shops and the promenade, the studio is large, nicely decorated. The terrace is very large. The very friendly owner let us enter 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time

My stay was passable overall. The location is rather far from the city center, which made it less convenient for moving around. Considering the price paid, the value was not very satisfying. In terms of cleanliness, the apartment could benefit from more attention. The general state of the apartment reflects that it is quite old, with dated furniture, paintwork that is not well maintained, and an overall appearance that feels somewhat unusual. A bit of renovation and care could really improve the atmosphere and comfort of the place. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked very well, which was much appreciated during the hot days.

The television was not working, the bathroom door was broken, the door under the kitchen sink was broken. The hot water was not working. We arrived very late so there was no time to ask for these to be fixed. The booking was very expensive because wet booked late, but disappointed with the facilities.

The airport pickup was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is not too far from the airport. The apartment was clean and tidy and quiet.
