although hotel gave us double bed but not big enough to accommodate both senior citizen with disability and was placed against the wall, so one has to climb up top of other when to get up.

Internet connection was unable almost all week. Wifi net have at hotel, but was no possible to connect the router, only some time of day sadenly for 3 min telephones was connected to network and load news(((. From hotel personal was not provided assistance for above problem!

I have no major complaints, but they could make some minor improvements like improving the stability of the wifi and providing fluffier towels.

The bathroom was very spacious. I'm used to hotel rooms having really cramped bathrooms so this was particularly nice. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I was unable to gain access to the building as check in closes at 10pm (I arrived at 22:10). There is a night entrance, but this requires a key card. I phoned the emergency telephone number several times but nobody answered. I was stood outside the property for 30 minutes, until another guest arrived and let me in. Upon the automatic check in, the bedding in the room had evidently been cleaned but it was covered in hair, including the pillow case, sheet and duvet! After a check in process of an hour, this was not welcomed! There is no information on the website to state that no staff will be on-site from 10pm I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again

The man at reception in the hotel for check-in on the night I arrived, 26.11.2024 (7pm) was incredible rude. I had completed the online check-in option before going to the hotel and when I arrived I presented my phone (indicating check-in name and reservation details) and passport. The man behind the hotel reception desk grunted at me and proceeded to make a funny gesture of playing a guitar while laughing and saying something about me to a group of German guests waiting behind me to check-in. They all laughed and then he abruptly said "name" and I indicate my name, which I said was also on my phone and passport presented to him previously. He gave me my room card without anything further information. It is not acceptable for staff in hotels (particularly at the front/reception desk) to make fun of arriving guests just because the guest does not speak the native language.

To be honest leaving the hotel. While the hotel is clean, warm and comfortable overall, they really need to get their act together as regards customer service and curiosity to their guests. See next question.

The hotel is very well managed, with a beautiful environment, a good location, and convenient parking and transportation. The front desk staff was attentive and considerate, especially the restaurant staff who enthusiastically provided us with ice cubes, which touched us. It is a warm and comfortable hotel. It is worth recommending.

The blankets are very small and I couldn't even cover myself completely with it. The drain in the shower does not work well and three minutes after taking a shower, the water overflows the drain and spills throughout the bathroom. There is no soundproofing of the windows, the window seals clearly need to be updated. I was very tired and wanted to sleep off after a long and difficult flight. It was impossible, very noisy. Every passing car clatters its tires on the concrete slabs road in front of hotel and it feels like you’re sleeping right next to the road without windows. On Friday at 6 pm someone started banging with a hammer and repairing something. I contacted the administration and they refused to move me. Moreover, they began to lie to me that they are preparing for the wedding in the kitchen, although the sound was coming from the upper floors, not from kitchen and restaurant on the ground floor. The next day I couldn’t sleep before the next flight because a wedding was being celebrated in the hotel restaurant and there were no any notice about this during booking, the music was playing very loudly and it was impossible to fall asleep until 2am, and I had to leave at 4am.

Location is not bad and the staff is trying to be polite and pretend to be helpful ( but in reality they are not)
