Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I found the price for a light breakfast, in the restaurant, coffee, breads, juice, excessive at €17 per person.

The location is great for travel from CDG We twice had a bar dinner, and everything was really well done. I am not sure whether that is the fact that standards in France are just higher - but even for the bar menu, food was prepared and done to perfection.

Large room with great facilities. 2 minute walk to shuttle train for easy access to airport terminal. Nice dinner in the restaurant. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment

Two things I reported to the hotel, the toilet smelled like someone had been smoking in there for 10 years, and their website on Accor still has covid information saying the pool is closed.
The room was very comfortable. The pool and gym was good. The room service breakfast was good value (in euro).

It took 28 mins to check in! I watched the lady on her computer and you have such a complicated IT System it’s ridiculous! I had also completed the Pre Check in form online, which promised “easier fast check in” .. I was glad I only waited 28 mins, as a bus load of people came after me, who were still waiting 45 mins later when I came back down for dinner!!!

The check in process was very slow, and be aware that tourist tax was not included in the booking. Also, pay early as the fee went up because I paid on the day.
Beautiful place, great location for those staying close to the airport. The sauna, hammam (steam) and pool were great. Breakfast was varied and thoughtful, offering vegan and gluten free options. The staff were friendly and kind, just the check in was a palaver.

I could not change the room temperature so it was a bit hot. The line to check in was long even though I had already checked in online.
Very close to the airport, 3 minutes to the airport shutttle. Restaurant was nice, and staff helpful.

Nothing, it is a great spot if you have a layover or early flight.

It was hot for sleeping and a doona without a sheet didn’t help.
We selected this hotel because of the pool and gym and they were fantastic. The room was spacious and well appointed, space for 2 suitcases which you don’t always find.

We booked in previously to our arrival, told reception we would be there at 11am and were promised an early entry to room, only to be told with many others that room would only be available after 2pm. I would have thought that cleaning staff at an airport hotel would have to be on deck 24/7 so that any arrivals at any hour could get a room promptly. If drop off keys were inspected it would be obvious which rooms could be cleaned immediately, no matter what the hour. Also we had a room near the lift and there was a constant noise from a staff room next door throughout the night with no action taken despite our efforts.
Room was fine and spacious. Location near terminal 3 is most convenient, with train to terminal 1 a regular event.

the hotel is easy to get to on the train - right opposite the train station. Travelling to the airport the next day was very easu just hop on another train to get to the internation airport

Restaurant for dinner had loud bassy music, cooking noise from pots and pans, and waiters who hit table accidentally when passing by. Although the food was very good. So do not recommend restaurant for a peaceful experience
