We did have a choice of two rooms when we checked in both were ridiculously small we could barely move around in it. Although we had brought travel plugs and adaptors with us they kept falling out of the sockets. The hotel did provide us with adaptors but they didn't fit either. We had booked several attractions and as the bar codes were on our phones for admission to these venues it was a concern that they might run out of power. I would not stay in the Mercure again.

The location was perfect that's the only positive l can say.

Clean room, has everything I needed. The people who worked at the hotel were so nice. The location was great and easy to get to. The room itself was small as expected, but I was on my own so I didn’t need more space, and it was nice in general and did the job! Was very comfortable. There are shops restaurants etc by the hotel too and a supermarket which I found really convenient.

The only thing I would give feedback on is the the shower cubicle did get very slippery, so would be worthwhile adding these, or making them available (we didn’t ask in all honesty so they may already have them).

The property was in a great location, close to Notre Dame, Latin Quarter and Saint Germain. Lots within asking distance. The staff were polite and helpful, check in was quick and straightforward. The rooms were clean, fridge with water juice and cola which was topped up daily (no charge), the my were just right for a city break, you won’t get large rooms in Paris, it’s a city and a lot of the buildings are older and just not set up for classic big hotel rooms but they are more than enough (we had booked privilege rooms) located on 6th floor, there is just 1 lift in the property and it’s a squeeze for 2-3 adults to get in. But it wasn’t too busy when we stayed (I’d imagine at the height of season and at breakfast times you might be waiting a little). All in all it was a great stay! I will return. A nice touch is the Nuxe toiletries in the bathroom!

Rooms a little small but ok for a night or two. Shower too small to be comfortable. Coffee and tea provision in room not great. Just one English tea bag but two people and no milk.

Great location close to Notre Dame with many nice restaurants and bars close by. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly.

Not sure if the AC worked

Check in and out was very fast. I like the location...easy to walk to nearby attraction..you can walk to the other side of Seine River (Loevre, etc) easily. Room was clean but a bit too small and even though it was in fall/winter time we felt the room still warm after the AC was on. The staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent propoerty located in the heart of Norte Dame and walking proximity to good shops, eateries etvc. Very clean and safe neighbourhood. Great, friendly staff. As expected rooms are quiet small but thats given in Paris.

The room is small! This is despite paying extra for a privilege room. There is very little space to hang/store clothing. This may be OK if you are visiting for a couple of days, or for one person, but we were there for 5 nights and so had to largely live out of a suitcase.

The hotel is well located very close to the Metro and a walkable distance from several key places of interest, eg Louvre, Orsay etc. The staff are very helpful. The room was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was good, if not exceptional. Bike hire and EV charging available just by the hotel.

Room servicing was adequate but incomplete. Conditioner ran out but was not replaced. Rooms small and oddly shaped - but view was amazing!

Location excellent. Rooms and corridors small and pokey. No bar or restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast okay but expensive for what it was. We found much better value outside the hotel. Surprised by the level of city tax which wasn’t clear at booking.

The rooms were a bit cold, and quite small. One of our rooms had the smell of a damp, cold cellar, even though it was on the 5th floor. The other room, also on the 5th floor, was normal.
