Room was dusty, fridge did not work. Two twin beds put together instead of one queen. Was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Hygiene (room cleaning) should be on a higher level, also there is a problem of sound isolation, if there wasn't for those two things everything would be great.

Location, friendly and pleasant staff and that there were croissants and coffee for breakfast (for free) was great!

WiFi connection was not great so we struggled a bit with accessing bookings and emails, might have been because our room was at the end of the floor but extenders would help with that.

Great location, close to everything important. The receptionist was really lovely and very helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and we had a very nice view of the church outside the room window which was a vibe in itself.

Great location, many stores and close to everything by foot (10-15 minutes). Very clean room with breathtaking view and very helpful and polite staff. Also the free breakfast was perfect to start your day!

The walls are so thin that you hear every noise. Requires better soundproofing.

A common problem is the unpleasant smell in the bathroom in Italy.

Excellent location in the heart of Rome. Helpful and friendly staff. We started our day with a nice croissant and tea kindly provided by the hotel.

A bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice, but all in all it was a very good place to spend a week in.

The location was very central and in a very good neighbourhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Overall, none. The only minor thing is it is hard to find the hotel. There should be a note inside the building that it is located at the third floor especially when there is no one manning the 'reception' at the ground floor.

The staffs were very helpful. The location is perfect! The room I booked was for a solo traveler so it was expectedly small--but it serves the purpose, a bed and my own bathroom/toilet so all is good.

Confusing to get from street to front desk, breakfast was only small prepackaged croissants, internet was so slow that it was unusable no matter where you were.

Not the point I dislike, but be aware that rooms are not gigantic. To be fair, it’s challenging to stay at spacious room in Rome with this budget.

Only thing disappointing was that the toilet flush was hard to make function properly and the hot water in the shower was on and off.

Very helpful staff especially the kind informative gentleman whom took me up from the ground floor pointed out the nearest best places to go. Suggested an itinerary on the map,very helpful next day helped me with the coffee machines. Very curtious and genuine. Chris Burrows Cheshire England.

The place is quite OK. Easy access, near the public transport - at walking distance to the central station and still far enough to feel comfortable.
