I didn’t realise how big the apartment was until we got there - big bedroom and living, bathroom and then a big kitchen & dining space. Well equipped (including washing machine), heated and clean accommodation. Good central location.

Aircon worked but not very cold

Great location, the staff were very accommodating when it came to places to go and eat to things to do. It’s was our first time visiting Venice and came to celebrate. Was shocked with our welcome wine and nibbles. Thank you so much

It was a bit farther away from key sites than I was expecting but that also meant it was in a quiet area and there are a few excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance. Set next to a canal reminded me I was in Venice every time I left the apartment.

The apartment was much bigger than I was expecting and was well equiped (including washing machine) and newly renovated. The shower was amazing! Entry to the building and apartment was via passcode so no keys to remember to take with you.

Nothing, it was a beautiful stay.

Everything. Host was so helpful from the time we booked. Check in was easy, theres a lift, the room was stunning, beds comfortable, the view was beautiful. Awesome facilities - big kitchen, big bathroom. The also organised a private water taxi & though a bit pricey it was WELL worth it, a beautiful ride through the canals and a great introduction to Venezia.

My only suggestion would be to provide thicker/ feather pillows. I have had a neck injury and found the pillows very thin.

The location is brilliant, the apartment is cosy yet has a luxurious feel to it. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment & it was spacious for our family . Wish we had more time in Venice. This apartment is a hidden gem !

Bed. Two singles put together instead of a proper double mattress, you can feel the gap in the middle witch makes it a bit uncomfortable.

Spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Staff super friendly and the recommendations on what to do and where to go for dinner made a big difference.

Great location, excellent wifi, water pressure, and AC made the stay pleasant. Second time for us at the property as we consider it to be the ideal location, layout, and value for us. Nive bakery around the corner for breakfast and plenty of options for dinner within 5 minutes, plus a pharmacy basically across the canal.

Nothing really. We were on the ground floor so by the front door but this didn’t trouble us too much. Usual noises from other people above us. One piece of advice is to book your water taxi through the hotel to ensure the company is well regarded.

Clean, spacious and comfortable and in a quiet part of town that was easily accessible to the main attractions and transport options. Kitchen well equipped and private laundry facilities. One of the best features was a list of recommended restaurants. We ate very well locally. Staff super helpful and responsive to our needs.

There was nothing I did not like. If anything I would suggest that coffee lovers bring some instant coffee unless you are used to drinking this small amount that Italians drink. They love their coffee and I love my coffee. It's not a complaint.

The location was great. The apartment is just beautiful. There's everything there you need if you wanted to cook, but who cooks in Venice? I'd suggest that at least one evening you go away from San Marco to find a smaller restaurant in the much less crowded areas of Venice.

The only negative of this property was it was a little difficult to know which photos were of our specific apartment, and the bathroom was very small.

Host was very accommodating and apartment was available early with no problem. The location was wonderful and quiet. It was perfectly clean.
