We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI think the swimming pool could do with a bit of a glow-up! It's a nice space with lots of sun-loungers and adult only section (you lucky people!) but the whole area is a bit tired and could do with some renovation.
From the moment you enter the hotel everything is immaculate and opulent. Staff are lovely and welcoming and the check-in process is slick and professional. The rooms are very nice, we had premium suite and family suite (complete with teepee for the children to sleep in). We also had access to the Horizon Club where we had drinks included throughout our stay and afternoon tea. The breakfast at the Lemon Garden is good, fantastic amount of choice, but maybe not 'the best' we've had at a 5-star hotel. Still very good though. We also had the buffet dinner one evening which had lots of choice and nice food, albeit nice buffet food.

United Kingdom- Check in process cumbersome and unnecessarily long. Other 5 star hotels offer a more seamless experience. - Again, deposit takes unusually long to be refunded. Again, another process that takes long. - We were told bags would arrive in our room a few minutes after check-in. They didn’t arrive and we had to call to remind them after a few hours.
Facilities were great and housekeeping was spectacular. Staff were also friendly and welcoming.
