United KingdomOur sweet states it sleeps 4 people, the second bed is a sofa bed and it’s not fit for purpose, I barely slept all week, and complained about it 3 times and it was finally sorted on the last night. For a 5 star hotel that calls itself delux this was far from it. I then asked as a way of compensation could we have a late check out and cause no one speaks English in the hotel they didn’t understand the point I was trying to make.

Saudi ArabiaOne receptionist was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills, which left a bad first impression. Room service was frustrating — the person answering the phone didn’t speak English, and one of our dinner orders never arrived with no follow-up.
The hotel is beautiful with amazing scenery and lush surroundings. Excellent facilities for both adults and children. Most of the staff were kind, helpful, and professional, especially in the restaurants and common areas.

JordanThe hugeness in the first day was sooo bad but when we make a problem they inform the cleaner to take care of us more but the problem not on the cleaner, the problem is on the (staff manager on the night shift)
1-Very nice and big resort 2-we love the food tasty and the pizza is one of the best that I tried + the doner kabab is very nice and 3-the zoo is wonderful 4-the girls at the reception are helpful + the guest relations are so nice with us 5-a lot of activities till the night 6-the beach street are very nice

Saudi ArabiaI stayed at Bellis Deluxe Hotel back in 2015 and had an amazing experience that left a lasting impression. I decided to come back after 10 years, full of excitement and high expectations based on those great memories. Unfortunately, the hotel has noticeably declined in several areas. The buffet restaurant had an unpleasant smell that made dining uncomfortable. In the room, the curtains were too thin and didn’t block the light properly, which made it hard to rest. One of the biggest challenges was the communication barrier — many of the staff couldn’t speak even basic English, which made simple requests unnecessarily frustrating. It’s sad to see a place that once felt truly special lose the quality and attention to detail that made it memorable. I hope management seriously considers improving the service and facilities before more loyal guests are left disappointed

South AfricaThe service from the barmen and staff at restaurants are poor,not friendly at all, especially if you are English speaking, the staff really need hospitality training and also need to employ staff that are fluent in English. We went to a few resorts already, unfortunately Bellis won't be seeing us again.
The place is stunning,beach is amazing and all the facilities are amazing.

TurkeyAbsolutely awful staff. Besides 2 wonderful staff, rest were awful. Especially at the beach bar. Everytime we ordered something we had to wait 15 minutes at least. Sometimes drinks came after we finished our snack.
Great food, everything is clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. Good amenities. Pools are great. Cocktails and alcohol are good. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is very good.

BelarusDon’t book all inclusive through booking. I had to pay additionally for each day of staying in the hotel my 1-year-old son cause in the booking you can pay for adult only. Children are welcome, children stays for free - it’a not truth. The room is good but the room service could be better. First 3 days I called to the reception with request to fulfill my minibar - they did it only after call. Then I stoped to push them and they stopped work. Towels.. If you charge for specific amount of guests ( in my case 4 with infant) give us the towel for infant. I requested, they did once and forgot…first day we received used hair conditioner:)) bartenders…they can't to work. I understood their’a “traffic” but the results of their work - is terrible. Thanks God they have “Zheka” - this guy can work only. Thank you, Zheka.
Green territory with own Zoo( personally I don’t like Zoo but it’s good attraction for children). Good sea entrance. But even in the middle of September it’s hard to find a free place in the beach cause you see a lot of “towels” from early-morning-people. I don’t understand this phenomen of our eastern Europe people…the sea is muddy. Food. It’s really good and you have a variety. Seafood/seafood lovers or vegetarians will be happy. Fruits also good. Mini disco is average, good for 2-6 years. And there is some night program also.

United KingdomThe cleaners kept barging into rooms to try and clean them, every day , even when previously informed not to clean. Even after cleaning the room multiple time I found long black hairs left in the bath or on the pillows. After requesting a late checkout I was instead offered a room on the ground floor with a nonfuctioning air conditioner. After requesting it to be fixed 5 times, a man came twiddled with it, said it was fixed. It was not. In general the hotel is not worth the price they put out and should really work on improving the staff quality and receptiveness to issues that arise.
The propert is in a nice location. Some staff are incredibly helpful. The beach is not bad and the food was good.

TurkeyWe stayed at the hotel for 3 days. When we first checked in, the lady working at the reception was smiling. She quickly made our check-in process and gave us our room cards. The view from our room was beautiful. But when I opened the minibar, I was disappointed. There was only mold and dust around the minibar. There were also yellow stains inside the minibar. Rooms must be checked before. I informed Guest Relations and they said they will send a staff. When I came to the room 2 hours later, the staff had just arrived. Then they changed my minibar. Patisserie was excellent, desserts were delicious especially Medovik. The kitchen staff (I'm sorry I don't remember the name) standing in the dessert section of the patisserie was very interested, thank you very much. When we went to the terrace of the patisserie, a waiter came to take our drink order, his name is Orcun. He is an arrogant staff member and should be trained in how to talk to guests. Many staff members are texting or taking pictures of themselves, chatting among themselves. Their conversations are so deep that they do not see the guests. The food in the snack restaurant was delicious, the staff was also very interested. Gizem, who works in the snack kitchen department, loves her job. Although there is a winter concept in the main restaurant, the variety of food is plentiful and the food delicious. Most of the waiters are interested and smiling. The lady standing at the entrance of the main restaurant at breakfast and I think the restaurant chef next to her didn't have time to say "good morning" to the guests, because they’re just chatting among themselves. This may be the management style of the hotel, but it is not a pleasant sight in the eyes of the guests. Indoor pool and spa were very nice. During the day the hotel was a bit boring, I did not see any animation staff in the hotel area.

Russiathe hotel is really old, the bathroom doesn’t look good - there is mold in the sink and in the bath. but the worst part was - air conditioning stops working at night in October, I couldn’t sleep because it was very hot. and I couldn’t open the windows because of the loud music till 1 am. The staff told me that they couldn’t do anything - but I don’t understand why.
