I was disappointed that the terrace wasn't set up for hot air balloon viewing, which was a significant draw for me in choosing this location.

A family with 3 big kids. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. - The room look like the pictures shared at Booking.com. It was clean and the room size is just nice for us - Top class customer service. Sefa and his colleagues were very helpful and accommodative. He attended to our questions and request almost immediately. Sefa recommended us the best tour guide we ever had during this holiday (Mr Ibrahim) and we got a good price for our hot air balloon ride as well. - We were allowed late check out because our bus departed from Göreme at 7 PM (of course subject to room availability). They even offered to send us to bus terminal. We are very thankful for this.

This was an extremely authentic experience with full comfort in the very middle of the resort. You live in a very spacious cave, and you have comfortable beds, bathroom, and also the outside space.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that there were no soap plate and toothbrush cup in the bathroom. There was no space where to leave the soap and shower gel in the shower cabin.

The hotel’s location is great. The breakfast is fantastic. Staff is friendly and the cleanliness is impeccable. The sort out and clean the rooms every day to the highest standard. Even though it is a cave hotel, the smell is ok and it is not stuffy at all. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There is a convenient parking. It is walking distance from the main shopping street and the sunrise view. We really enjoyed our stay.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and also last activity which was Jeep safari that the hotel organised for us was very rushed because the driver come late. He didn’t speak English even though we asked for a guide that can speak English.

We really enjoyed our stay at the elegance cave suites. The staffs were very helpful and kind particularly Hassan and Mohammed during breakfast and their room service abs cleanliness was great. The family room were very spacious

Location is great, however keep in mind its on top of a small hill

The hotel has buildings on both sides of the street. Room was ok, clean Parking was difficult to access, is small and was full but staff did its best to accomodate Hotel has its private parking so that was useful Breakfast was also great Will definitely come back

Everything was perfect.

I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The position is 5 minutes for the Goreme centre and the staff was the kindest. I highly recommend this hotel.

This property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They also assisted us in booking our hot air balloon experience even though our request was fairly last minute. This property has exceptional views of the Goreme and we found ourselves spending a lot of time just relaxing on the rooftop or our private balcony just taking it all in. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was really basic. served in a room across the street, one coudl barely find something eadible or fresh. It is amazing that for a cointry full of fruits and vegetables, the breakfast was merely serving a dried fruit and a melon.. same for a few days. Coffee is another sad story...

great room - a nice upgrade of the room (thanks to teh check-in personell) took us in a deluxe one carved inside the mountain. The airco was a bless in the hot air of Capadoccia. Only a few steps up from teh room a nice platform (oart of a terrace bar) gave us the opportunity to enjy the morning balloons passing by... amazing

The shower was our least favorite. Every night we were able to bathe, but it didn't have much pressure and it took a while for the water to come out hot (there was also a warning that it took time to come out).

I liked the arrangement of the room. We used the workspace a lot, the chair was very comfortable. We used the whirlpool and it was very good. We liked the curtains and decoration of the bed. Very rich tea and coffee that we could prepare inside the room.

The location was superb. Near to all attractive places. The room was big and the kids enjoyed stay inside rather than outside😅. All activities can booked from hotel with good prices compared to other agents. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Very nice experience for the cave hotel.

The room was wonderful. It was spacious with a living room and we got the large king bed. The large jacuzzi tub was really nice. The breakfast was buffet style and probably one of the best hotel breakfasts that Ive had. The staff was extremely kind and helpful for booking tours.

Only pluses in my experience.

Super central, 2 steps away from each point of interest un Cappadocia, amazing view. The manager was very helpful in booking everything I needed, from airport transportation, to balloon flight, tours, restaurant recommendations. Also they have an amazing steak restaurant, Oscar Steak House. Not to mention that I’ve got an upgrade to a suite as soon as I arrived, and it was just exceptional. Even though outside were like - 7 the suite was super war and yes it’s a cave hotel.
