There was a good amount of mold on the ceiling in the washroom. ( enough to worry) and there was a crack in the washroom door, also there was signs of forced entry in our room entrance door . ( although our stay was uneventful.

It was dirty.

The room we had was a bit outdated. The neighboring rooms had a loud family that cooked fish in their room a d stunk up the whole area. The outside had cigarettes and garbage all around the ground. For the price we paid, we could have stayed at the budget inn.

As soon as we walked into our room there was a strange smell, there were stains and hair on the bedding, mold in the refrigerator, breakfast was barely anything, and nightshift front desk was not there.

It was easy to get around and super simple check in/out.

Front desk associate was rude upon my atrival. I asked to use the restroom after traveling2 hours, and was not told where the restroom was located until i informed him that i was planning to stay. I wanted to leave after using restroom but decided to stay. The restroom was not clean, especially the areas that was considered "high touch area" (i did take photos for proof) i didnt mention the restroom because the attitude i received from associate, and because of the amount i paid for my stay. I hope that my next visit will be better than this visit.

Housekeepers were very friendly and the location was close to the event i was attending when i was in town, and (overnight) front desk associate was amazing! She was very helpful with any questions i had and was a big help to my visit being better than it was upon my arrival.

We kept getting a strong smell of cigarettes even though all rooms are smoke free. The breakfast was advertised as hot breakfast but it was prepackaged only and was VERY scarce in selection.

We liked the comfort of the bed and the location to our event.

We got there late around 11 and the room they originally gave us was nasty, trash everywhere and the beds were slept in and unmade. They gave us a new room immediately and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of dry packaged muffins, oat meal or ceral. Not what we expected when they were so excited to inform us of breakfast and the times served. I gave it a 5 out of 10 because location was great and price was pretty cheap.

Front staff double charged me. She talked incessantly. Assured me the overcharge would be refunded. Had to call my bank several days later and it was NOT removed. Thank you US Bank for removing the charge quickly and efficiently. Will not stay there again due to “Miss Talks a lot” trying to distract and make a free buck and the sketchy men outside lingering and checking out our truck and trailer as we pulled in. Be careful!

The area where you walk your dogs was filled with dog feces. Terrible. Had to watch every step. Make owners pick up after their pets and send staff out to pick up what’s left.
