The fast efficient friendly staff

Room was very comfy, large and clean. Hotel is well located and the staff were friendly. Will stay gain on our next trip to Adelaide!

Proximity to convention cenger for my conference was a priority and it is only a few blocks away. I had a room mate and we were able to share the room easily. Beds comfy. Clothing storage good. Liked the clothes drying rack👍. Liked onsite dining and room service. Staff respected our Do Not Disturb request.

I have stayed a few times at the Ibis over the years. The staff have always been friendly and welcome, the accommodation extremely good value for money, and the location is excellent (next to Rundle Mall).

Fabulous location - the most perfect evening in Adelaide - simply stunning overlooking the beach.

The location could not have been better - right opposite the Convention Centre and a short walk down to the Torrens River. The free tram leaves from across the road and Randle Mall very close. Lots of things to do in a very short convenient distance.

We had a very comfortable room with large bed. The bathroom was closed off and private and had everything we could have wanted eg excellent lighting, soft towels, hot shower. The bed was extremely comfortable, side lights, very dark at night with little or no street noise. Staff were very helpful and polite.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was amazing. Just wished we could have stopped longer than 1 night.

Lovely helpful reception staff, gorgeous room, we were lucky our room was upgraded on arrival. Free car parking was great. Super clean and room furniture in good condition . Lovely comfy bed. Evening meal at hotel resturant was delicious. Couldn't fault anything. Enjoyed a great stay in Adelaide

Super luxurious, amazing location right in the middle of the CBD a block away from Rundle Mall, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I would absolutely stay here again!

I got in late after hours & the reception staff were lovely & accommodating on the desk - both on arrival & departure. Property was smaller than i thought but very welcoming, reception area was quiet modern, nice & clean. Value was amazing for the room i stayed in, i loved it.

The apartments are lovey and big with very comfortable beds , location was perfect and we paid extra to use the onsite parking which was great .

Staff was super accommodating with my baggage drop, carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs, and letting me change out of my clothes after my arrival to access the room before it was ready. Everything was properly secured and placed inside my bedroom when I returned in the evening. The hotel is in a comfortable, quiet little spot that wasn't a difficult walk to anything and close enough to food spots to run out and come back.
