Wonderful hotel, very comfortable, clean, with very friendly staff who'll go out of their way to make you feel good. Special mention to Deive, from reception, who was very kind at accommodating us. I really hope they can keep the prices affordable so everyone can enjoy the experience. I'll definitely come back.

Great staff that were welcoming and very accommodating. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Incredible breakfast that alone would probably inspire me to stay there again. Everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, all members of staff were nice, always ready to help, the room was clean, check in and out were fast and smooth, they even allowed me to check out a little later. I not only recommend, but will certainly stay again next time I go to Sao Paulo.
